Thor would become a better person thanks to Cap earlier in the timeline as well as help Steve, Bucky, and the Commandos fight HYDRA. Also, the Tesseract would probably end up on Asgard early possibly resulting in the Avengers being created WAAAY later in the timeline.

Well it would depend but Loki would be able to return to asgard with the bifrost He is a master of magic Even if in the MCU he is very nerf Odin might curse him just like thor But he would manage to get his powers back alone For a long time we thought that mjolnir is the source of thor's power which was a grave mistake As he is the Thunder god mjolnir or not Odin cast two spell A spell on thor And one on mjolnir The first one is to make thor vulnerable So that he doesn't become a great danger for the habitants of midgard And the second one is to seal his hammer which at that time he used as receptacle to use his power Think of it like Thor is the lightning but the hammer is the rod that he use to manipulate it
