Hello today one person of a third party company working for my apartment complex, broke my car window while he was mowing and after that he just left, so I took pictures and went to my apartment's office, they told me where going to send a report and I asked to check the cameras but they also said nothing was working so the cameras were off I was trying to collect my proof that I didn't move my car during two days, so now they said they can't do anything for me and I have to wait until the other company come to check my car and see what can they do but I have to go to work and that's my unique car, I don't know what to do.

What if the guy hit me from back and on that time my phone was off so i write down his information on the driver license number namer and last name for the guys and i write the car vin number and the license plate number and the car was commercial insurence the only thing i didnt get the policy number for the guy how can i get a copy of his driver license so i can give it to my lowyer because today its 4 mounth past and they still telling me they are investigating this claim because i didnt have a chance to take a photografe what can i do please help me thanks ????

Yet another reason to own a cheap budget car... If the car gets a scuff in a car park... You don't care. Buying expensive cars just to TRY to impress other people is a total waste of cash. Been there done that got the tee-shirt. I now just drive a reliable old banger and keep on top of the servicing so the car is reliable. If it gets car parking scratches and scuffs ..I don't care too much. You get older and wiser. A car is only a metal box to sit in to transport you from A to B.
