Oars wouldn't get the Gear 5 abilitys because it only copies the strength of the shadow. Oars also didn't get the rubber abilitys even when Luffy had it. The reason Oars was able to use the rubber ability was because moria formed his shadow in the shapes he wanted and the body followed not because he had Luffys Shadow.

Firstly, with Kuma Luffy being Nika would 100% get Kuma to do something wild as we see in recent chapters that he worshipped Nika his entire life. Secondly, in Zou when Luffy was their he would be Joyboy so Zuenesha would have its "master" back and that could lead to something else. just my thoughts but I feel like it could change a lot.

Well first of all Gorosei and Imu instantly hunt him down bc in the original they simply didn't expect the nika fruit user to awaken so they never went after Luffy until Luffy became too strong, but now they will instantly fry him, this is really bad especially BC he has no training and haki it's game over. Unless Shanks and Maybe revolutionary army and also Whitebeard pirates together protect Luffy but, safe to say one piece would be very different story.

Oars wouldn't have gotten Luffy's abilities. In the show, it shows that Oars couldn't stretch. The only reason he could is because Moria controlled his shadow which warped his body shape.

A few things. First I think with Luffy openly being Nika now the world government would immediately target him. For the most part the secret of the fruit was kept under wraps, but if the literal Sun God was walking around so openly they would catch on quick and send everything they have at him early on. Secondly a lot of Luffy's growth throughout the series was because he could barely scrape by in the actual fights. It was his struggle and the overwhelming effort he put in that formed such deep connections with the crew. Without those deep connections there is a greater chance of potential betrayals, or just not fighting as hard as they normally would to protect their captain. Third Luffy was a very imaginative person in general, but it was through his losses and near wins, as well as the bond he formed with the crew, that caused him to come up with a lot of his unique abilities. He theory crafted gears 2 and 3 in order to better protect his friends, coming up with unique ways to use his powers, and his body. Without the growth Luffy had during the series its possible he wouldn't be able to use Gear 5 to its fullest, despite having it awakened for a much longer time. His stamina with gear 5 would probably be better, but his overall strength would be down because he went through the adventure on "Easy mode" and didn't really have to push his limits till much later on

This was a great video! a few notes I have though which are that 1. Aokiji’s logia isn’t really a intangible element and actually shatters himself to dodge attacks meaning he’s the only high effort logia and 2. wouldn’t Luffy still need to know how to use his abilities to be strong? does he still know how to use some of his other attacks if he never had to learn them or use them? is his creativity the same as his non instant broken self?

Bro tried cooking, but forgot to start the stove. Luffy tanked Kaido’s armament and conquerer’s haki bat straight to the back of his head. It only made Luffy’s head stretch like rubber. So if Luffy can resist and fight back against haki without using haki, he can very much just punch straight at Crocodile since also whatever he touches turns to rubber, including Crocodile’s sand unless there’s another awakening.

They might go to enies lobby since there was a line that suggested they were uncertain if Robin wanted to be saved (idk if it's 100% right, just from what I remember ). So Franky can join the team. Oars wouldnt get luffy's abilities, oars was able to '' stretch '' with the help of moria's df controlling his shadow. Oars might know the abilities but ultimately be unable to replicate it Zou and thriller might have more to it as some people mentioned Since big mom pirates isn't there,Straw hats and gang focus their power more on kaido's crew meaning that might lead into ussop and Nami potentially still being alive, as we have seen Go D Ussop won't die that easily.

Its doesn’t require it gear 5 is freedom unlike all his other gears which use a part of his body and boosts it gear 5 is pure turn force think of it like this gear 2 pumps blood faster gear 3 inflates his bones gear 4 (bounce man) inflates his body but limits the size using 4 (tank man) where he has lots of haki but not enough causing him to inflate a lot more but it doesn’t spread to his other limbs except his chest now gear 4 (snakeman) uses lots of advanced haki to inflate his body but squeeze it into a small body you’d think its weak but its like Ichigo’s Bankai all the power but in a small form so now gear 5 is the most easy to explain he pumps his heart at a specific pace to match the drums of freedom and no haki is needed

@@JohnTran-xn6hg gear 5 is not just freedom, it is also a manifestation of his awakened form, and his awakened form would be unnatainable without conquerors haki because of the red lightning, and he needed to level up all forms of his haki to the advanced level as proven by rob lucci in the recent episode 1100, it is required at least the basic forms of ryou, conquerors, and observation haki to awaken, but most likely the advanced forms smoothen out the process, i also believe that afro luffy was his best power up due to the fact that it's the only time that he actually used his devil fruit correctly in the pre time skip saga. the reason why he is able to attain gear 5 is because he also used all advanced forms of haki to let him ascend in a way by combining haki with devil fruit, using the toon force and imagination bring that to life, meaning that his gear 5 transformation is just a combination of his willpower(haki) and his devil fruit's willpower. or else he would have chopper warning him about shortening his lifespan after he transforms back when one piece comes back off of break, meaning the only way to settle this is to wait for Oda-Sensei to unveil more of his myriad of wonderful creations.

12:40 this is where it got offtrack, there was no way for the strawhats to know they had to train for 2 years and meet later, since luffy was able to save his brother he probably did not think about showing the tatto in the newspaper and it would also be diferent story in that newspaper, here they either separated and tryed lead their own lifes or tryed to look after luffy imediatly after waking up, meaning they COULD end up finding where luffy is training and train togheter in combat, they would not get better in their own ways but everyone would train haki and stuff

Oars would not have gear 5 abilities. The reason he can even stretch is because Geko Moria is able to manipulate Oars' shadow which causes his body to stretch. This means Oars is unable to change his the environment to rubber.
