And while it can definitely happen that he made a mistake, he is human after all, I go by the rule that once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, but not only three times but rather 8 times, that is definitely a pattern.

Without a break it would take you 88000 minutes to watch all episodes. 88000 minutes are 1467 hours. 1467 hours are 61 days. So you spend over 2 months to watch all one piece episodes. This calculation is without any breaks.... i love this video ^^
