What would happen if all humans suddenly disappeared? That is the question to which we seek an answer in today’s episode! On a hillside somewhere in Italy, we discovered a microcosm where exactly this has already happened long ago: Man just vanished! From one day to the next, a public swimming pool became abandoned - and has remained untouched ever since. Like a look in the crystal ball, this place could reveal what might be ahead of us. Let's explore, and find out what a future without people would look like! #urbex #abandonedplaces #bwturbex

Could we all agree that BWT is the best channel when it comes to cinematography, narration and presentation of abandoned places? We love you, guys!

My favourite KZread channel - literally ticks all my interest boxes
Really loved the "post-apocalyptic" atmosphere of this place. Nature taking over what's left of the civilization. Beautiful adventure and video as always.

Really special place, we even featured it in this years calendar. Thanks for watching!
The script and production on this was one of your best so far. You took your video of what was essentially a single room and made 10 minutes of content from it, and every second was captivating!

Even in a abandoned place like this you can find soooo many details! Glad you liked it :)
Just what I needed- a bit of tranquility and time for reflection . Too often mankind is not thinking of what Earth will look like when we are gone. It’s comforting to know that nature rules- but we need to be careful to not destroy it! Well done video-as always!🙌🏻
Wow! Just take a moment & imagine also how stunning it would be: no broken glass, crystal clear water but all these plants still around the pool... 🏞 I'd like that!

Sounds way too romantic to be real, haha. I think there would be broken glass with or without people. And the water for sure wouldn't be crystal clear.
You guys seriously need your own series on Netflix!! Beautifully shot and well narrated 🙌🏼
Short, but awesome video. Love the message behind it. Nature will always take things back, and we need to respect and take care of her.

So cool to see how nature fills in when people leave the picture! It makes me aware of my existence through the lens of the grand scale of time. With all those broken windows, this was a very appropriate location for a visit from Broken Window Theory 😂

The quality of this video was really awesome. My Dog was really interested in the frogs, he kept listening to the sounds.and tilting his head. Thank you!
The cinematography is breath-taking.
Speechless 👍🏻Another master piece from the team . Awesome. Once again thanks for the wonderful virtual tour.

Greetings from Indonesia. I am ur new subscriber. I watched one of your video and before I realized I watched again and again, and cant get enough! I wached some channels on abandon places, but the great narration and research on every place u visit makes you different. Somehow, your powerful dictions with great film/pic and just the right music, and maybe also ur voice in telling the story, move my heart, some kind of feeling fragile and small in this big world full of wonders. Even decays have their own way that please our eyes. Thanks for the great videos....love u guys!!!
Yet another masterpiece guys.. Along with a stake reminder that mankind only has a short time in any given place before it can be taken over by even stronger forces than we ever will be. No matter how hard we try and try again, all we need to do is step away for even the shortest of times and the earth and it's unseen wonders will take it back again. Every one of these videos always makes me sit back and think how fragile we all are, Thank you! Your messages are strong and powerful! Defiantly something world leaders should listen to.

Another quality video guys!! It's beautifully captured with the life that takes over these places when we're no longer around. More importantly, it's a greater reminder that the life found in these places needs to be protected, and how our actions is affecting these habitats. Can't wait for your next video!! 😊

Dear Broken Window Theory, Many thanks for sharing this video and its great quality with us. I love its edition, image and specially the narration. The deepness of this material (as well as in other of your videos) cause a wired but beautiful sense of introspection and a kind of pleasurable nostalgia. Great video! My admiration for you from Argentina.
At some stage during the depressing decay of a man-made structure, the amount that nature takes over makes it beautiful again.

i love your naration. never too poetic, yet poetic enough. whatever, my english bad, Love ur videos and thank u for doing this kind of adventure i wish i could.
If from one day to the other all humans would cease to exist, those buildings would still be in better condition. It is mostly because of vandalism and looting that they got damaged. Inevitably nature would have taken over at some point, but it would have taken much longer if it does not get given access to structures. I have not had the time to watch all your productions yet, but I hope that one day you find a place that has not been entered by others, where everything is literally as it was left on the day the last inhabitants perished or moved out. Your channel is by far the best Urbex-channel I have watched, mainly due to the respect you show towards the places you visit. I enjoy the calm and thoughtful way you narrate the footage and give viewers time to figure things out for themselves. Keep up the good work!
