*spoilers* There are too many uncertainties and backtracking (welcome to jjk), tho it could be possible that if (specifically post shibuya) Megumi had the same one by one consumption of sukuna's fingers. He might be able to have the same or atleast close to the success with the suppression of sukuna. Canon tho, Megumi was only be able to suppress Megukuna's output a little bit (which is still something)before the whole Sister death stuff, plus we can't really know since Megumi was not only forced stuff with them fingers in one go, dude also did a whole sukuna ritual

​@@Pepper-Zeeno.heian era sukuna is actually megumi's body.im guessing after sukuna dies megumis might live but chances are low.and I'm guessing ur saying that because heian era sukuna doesn't have megumis body that's cuz all of the ten shadows are dead cuz agito was made of 9 shadows and of course there was big raga and since both raga and agito died all the ten shadows effectively died.because of that even if megumis lives megumi might be fucked cuz he lost his CT effectively but I don't think that's gonna happen I'm guessing that he will have the shadows he had pre-sukuna and he won't have mahoraga or the shadows that sukuna tamed like the reindeer or the ox.

Pretty sure the only reason Yuji is able to suppress Sukuna is because Kenjaku created him to be to ultimate vessel. Gojo would probably not be able to stay in control of the body, but he would be able to disrupt Sukuna’s cursed energy output and weaken him to a greater extent than what Megumi did before Sukuna destroyed him.

I have a theory on this that both Maki and Toji can also seal sukuna. Kenny stated that mahito’s idea that the body shapes the soul was incorrect and instead proposed that the body and soul were a reflection of each other. So if yuji who was blessed with a strong body also has a strong soul capable of sealing sukuna, then Toji and Maki should also have strong souls capable of doing it. This is reinforced by the fact that Toji was also able to overpower the soul summoning with no effort. If Yuji’s strong soul is capable if near perfectly sealing sukuna, toji’s even stronger soul could steamroll a normal guy.

Imagine if todo ate the fingers, just constant songs from his idol blaring at sukuna who’s powerless to do anything about it. Or if hikari did and it’s just the music video for all eternity cause he’s effectively immortal.
