The funny thing with your list of pros is you missed a few things too. The fact Germany gets MASSIVE attack bonuses through focus war goals.

I think majors have a certain minimum factory count, and of those that fulfill that factory count the top 8 are assigned this status.

You can keep Rudolph Hess if you cap Britain before France, I think you might even just need to have London at the time of Frances cap to keep him too

The thing about Rudolf Hess is the event is triggered by very, VERY particular circumstances that are usually met when playing the game in a historical manner. The conditions are A) you're at war with Britain, B) you are at peace with the USSR, C) Hitler is leading the country (also the country must be fascist, but the only way Hitler could lead non-fascist Germany is through mods, so it's a moot point), D) you have conquered France (specifically the flag "fall_of_france" is set), and E) you haven't conquered any land from the British mainland. So theoretically you could prevent Hess's capture/death by invading the UK FIRST or alternatively by going to war with the Soviets before defeating France.

The navy of Austra-Hungary was picked apart by allies after WW1 a siginificant part of it going to Italy, the South slavic kingdom, and France. Many ships were disassembled though, because the British didn't want these powers to strengthen their respective navies - so stealing ships was absolutely a thing at peace conferences. Allthough neither Austria, nor Hungary would have needed any ocean faring battleships after the war anyways.

Player who has way less experience than you here. Clickong the battleplan on and off I believe only affects divisions who are currently not moving, so maybe stopping them all then doing that may do something? Unsure about it, honestly. Just an opinion from my own play time (which has been a while since my old computer died).

I mean wasn't the entire Austro-Hungarian navy 'aquired' by Britain and Italy, so it's pretty historically accurate to steal navy in peace conferences, especially after you completely mush your enemies unlike in WW1.

A good amount of the German High Sea Fleet capital ships was scuttled by the Germans themselves in Scapa Flow. The captains were ordered to turn in the ships but instead set charges and scuttled them. A good amount of the ships left of the German and Japanese navies were taken by the US and then were used in the nuclear test at Bikini Atol. Which was a test to see what a nuclear bomb could do if you detonated one over a fleet of ships.

This business where you make quick work of the UK and Canada and the US is where you disconnect from reality. Taking the USSR would have been a piece of cake, and Hitler nearly did just that, but was never stupid enough to go up against the British Navy (much less the USA) in a naval invasion.
