nah he was literally always wrong, always, even when painting, if you go back and check his paintings to historical photos of the same areas, yeah he was wrong, he literally adds shit that was not there into his "realism" paintings such as his painting of Munich adds a tram and makes a couple buildings taller, changes the direction of one building, etc, he was horrible at painting and everything else, lie enough and it's pretty easy to make it seem true.@@clonetrooper730

I mean it did look like that during the opening of Barbarossa. However the soviet union was a very big structure and Germany happened to be in the doorframe as it fell on them.

I know that it's shown in the video, but holding against Germany really is ridiculously easy as this Benelux. You have four years to build forts (just go to level 7 in the north!), you can stack entrenchment up to stupid levels, and you've also got Indonesia to suck for manpower. Go to 1945 and you get a free achievement.

Can confirm. It's even easier if you give up Friesland, as it's easier to hold and Germany will likely abandon it as soon as they get distracted by Yugoslavia or Greece.

Giving up Friesland requires giving up a starting state, though, so it doesn't net you the achievement.

I literally could not believe my eyes when I figured out I could form the BeNeLux without any effort. I’m shocked nobody’s talking about it sooner, but I guess nobody wants to play Democratic Netherlands 😅

15:45, forts should only work in 1 direction that is fixed when you build them. If you see the historical maginot line all of the canons and holes where you could shot are facing against Germany, so it doesnt make any sense if germany is defending against a D day that they could use it to prevent allied forces to push through the maginot 😅

There should be a sort of convert button in that case though as some of those bunkers in a realistic sense could be used as the base for extensions or ammo storage and the guns could be repurposed etc.

The Maginot was actually used to do that by the Germans against the Western front in real life but it should cost something to do it so that taking back a fort is easier if you do it quickly.

9:14 for anyone wondering why the exp for divisions didn't drop, it's because when you change the template, not switch them but actually changing them, and the manpower count stays the same or decreases it retains all the previous exp amount.

irl the whole secret rearmement thing happend too but way to late we only started rearming in 1936 and we gave the navy priority since we thought they would attack the east indies first and the indies was more important the army was also being modernized but it got so bad due to budged cuts it would take atleast a decade to recover so we would be able to defend ourself by 1946 yea you can see why we gave priority to the indies that had a more realistic chance of surviving compared to the mainland

I don't think he left out anything. I just tried this. I had level 3 forts. 30 divisions on the line. Static warfare officer traits. 9+support artillery+engineer templates. level 2 antiaircraft. Defensive field marshall and maxed level II artillery and Infantry equipment. When Germany attacked I saw no green bubbles. All bubbles were red and below 25, 3 divisions got overrun in the first 3 days and I capitulated in 2 weeks. You actually have to know how to play the game to make videos and play the game like how you see. After my run I know that to do this I need: Level 10 forts every tile. 48 14I+4A Divisions. 3000 fighters and British forces to back me up. I did everything I could think of after playing the game for 4 years to set myself up with what I had and what I was able to do. I don't see how I could get that Manpower and those materials but clearly there's a way if the KZreadrs can do it.
