@@keybored1236 apparently time moves since King Piccolo got older too, just like Kami, or maybe this happened because their lives were linked, there is no way to know, either way Frieza can't do anything while he is sealed inside that jar, maybe he could do mental training but that's it, if that's enough to make him slowly increases his powerlevel then he could potentially escape and break free from the jar using all his ki, even so he would still be inside the staff dimension and we can't know if he can get out of there if Whis doesn't allow it.

4:53 Or just fly out, since he can breathe in space though Beerus of course already forbade him from leaving. Frieza also wouldn't revert below his "final form" since 1-3 are just regressions of the power he was born with.

Great story although I think Freeza would just stay in his final form as it’s his birth form. His previous forms are like a reverse super saiyan where he can choose to be in them.

The reason he uses those forms is to deliberately suppress his power. Remember, control over power isn't actually much of a thing for mortals before the Z Fighters roll up

Dude u literally don’t a thing about frieza, first of all frieza doesn’t need a ship to leave earth he can survive in space, secound thing in morro’s fight u said frieza got back to his 1 base form although frieza’s original and base form is his final form
