Yo ur wrong. If luffy never broke into impel down then the Blackbeard pirates would have been defeated by Magellan and killed thus Blackbeard wouldn’t have shown up.

It would be likely that since luffy and ace were stronger he could have gotten stronger too meaning beating magellan or probably black beard developed haki after his fight with ace and luffy.

Ace was left with the Dadon family, nearby foosha village but ultimately Ace never met Shanks, so it's unlikely that he eats the human human fruit.

Your entirely wrong(in theory). It is said that the devil fruit chooses its owner and i completely agree with this theory, thats why the gomu gomu no mi would have got to luffy somehow. It also makes sense cause of kaku. He didnt like his devil fruit at first but used it the best way i could imagine.

Am I crazy or does Whitebeard get executed at the start? Not to mention how Luffy would even be born from two entirely differnt parents. Ace's backstory is also a lot different without Luffy so that could potentially make a difference in the story. Also Crocodile would still likely be at Marineford because the Alabasta arc never happened, so he never gets his title revoked. Ennies lobby is also a huge plotpoint here, no strawhats means the government gets their hands on the blueprints of Pluton, and maybe also Nico Robin. The navy gets a huge boost in power with that.
