After the death of Sidious, it is reasonable to assume that Palpatine's plans were uncovered. With new evidence, the new chancellor Bail Organa would have asked the confederacy for a ceasefire. If Palpatine's plans exposed Dooku and the other separatist leaders as orchestrators of the war, the separatist senate could have deposed them and begun talks with the republic. As seen in the clone wars separatists with republic sympathies existed something that makes this scenario plausible

A couple of thoughts. I suspect the chancellor had spies in the Jedi temple. A long term mole for instance. Burning their hidden identity to inform the chancellor what the clone had said would be worth it. At that point the chancellor could, execute order 66, and or find an excuse to leave the capital escaping the Jedi. The reason I suspect a spy in the temple is some of the changes made to Jedi records, how fast the temple fell in the original timeline, that one of the leaders of the temple guard turned quickly and became the grand inquisitor. There is to much there to not let me expect him to have at least some agents in there even if they were in deep cover. The changes the chancellor leaving the capital with out being directly identified as a sith could bring. One he would be hunted by the Jedi. 2 the forces of the republic would be split until the chip situation could be resolved. Causing major battle feild losses and chaos. If might occur that the seporatists with the chancellor leading them could take over the republic. Especially if the chancellor got off the capital and began convincing planets that the Jedi had gone rouge. The empire still might occur. How anikin would turn out is anyone's guess.

This is very true!

Knowing that the only reason there was no peace earlier in the Clone war was the fact that count Dooku and Palpatine had intervened in some way and basically disrupted peace talks dooku would probably go do fighting in similar scenario to how he died in the film then the republic and the CIS probably would’ve negotiated a equal piece for both sides between the CIS and the republic rather than continuing war

This is accurate but I have some points to make: 1. Next to Anakin & Rex, he would also explain his story towards Shaak Ti who already ordered to bring Fives to the counsil. 2. Season 7 would be about getting all clones their chips removed while Dooku tries to lay low and sabotage on Kamino. 3. Order 66 isn't mentioned in this video but I think that Palpatine would've still made the order (with Jedi deaths in outer rim). 4. I don't think Ahsoka would've rejoined the Jedi. The bond between her & Anakin would've been like before tho. 5. Episode III would be about Dooku & the seperatists bombing Coruscant and trying to get control in the senate. 6. The story of Episode IX would be in Episode IV, with Palpatine's clones on the death star (which would been discovered). 7. Everything after the clone wars wouldn't been possible, only maybe with Kylo Ren's story as an exception. 8. The Rebel Alliance wouldn't exist, neither the destruction of a second death star, destroying Alderaan and so many more planets. Han & Leia would've had a peaceful life on Alderaan.

1 yes definitely! 2 yup yup 3 in this theory Palpatine doesn't find out until Tarkin tells him, after the call with Tarkin ends, he asks Yoda to his office, and then Anakin walks in -- it's possible just difficult 4 true true 5 yup trying to kill the new chancellor 6 yes yes 7 yeah, if the senate returns from the dead loll 8 I don't know if the first one would've been made, unless Dooku did it. Also agree with @Plutoreturns it would've been unlikely Han would've even have left Corellia without an Imperial Navy recruiting regular citizens

@@PentePatrolStarWars late to the party i know, but with regards to point three i suspect before entering palpatines office yoda would probably have invoked order 65, with 5s testimony, the majority of the senate was likely to have ruled palpatine unfit to lead

1. Shaak Ti wouldn't be much help since she believed what the cloners told her at face value. 2. Dooku would be too busy trying to keep the CIS together to try and get to Kamino to sabotage anything also he couldn't do anything with the chips anyways. 3. Order 66 was only part of the plan he needed Anakin as an apprentice and he needed something to frame the Jedi as traitors to justify Order 66 without that he would not have the support of the senate or the people. 4. Ahoska would rejoin the Jedi if the war was over but she would not join them if they kept the war going. She did agree that the Jedi had fallen during the war from what they were meant to be. 5. Except there is no way for the CIS to get to Coruscant. Not only do they not have the ships or troops to fight their way to the planet if they wanted to. They were already losing the war by the 3rd year and were simply dragging it out as much as possible. And without Palpatine there is no secret hyperlane route through the deep core to hit coruscant in a surprise attack. 6. The Death Star was a republic program after he is dead the only way it would be built is if the new chancellor kept it going and the Jedi would be aware of it. It would most likely be scrapped since it wasn't that far along. And there wouldn't be a clone of Palpatine since that wasn't created until later on Byss wasn't set up with all the stuff yet that happened during the Imperial Era. And the canon version would be even less likely since those really didn't happen until much farther into the Imperial Era. 7. Kylo likely wouldn't even exist as Han and Leia would never meet. 8. There would still be a rebellion of some sort because unless the Republic changed a lot of its policies and practices it would still be the Empire since when it changed nothing in how it operated actually changed.

There's no way the Jedi could get the troopers' chips removed without Palpatine's knowledge, nor would he just attack Yoda and Anakin unprovoked in his office. Palpatine would approach the situation with _vastly_ more subtlety, finesse, and cunning than you give him credit for. Also, an inoculation is an injected vaccine, not the removal of a growth.

I believe that the term you ment to use was “extraction” and not “inoculation”. Also, regarding Sheev, he’s a planner, manipulator, and sometimes murderer, not a direct, physical combatant, he, like every politician, prefers to fight with words and votes. He can and will personally kill anyone he must for his plan to succeed, (see ROTS for example) but he will almost never attack while there is a possibility of winning via other means, especially if in doing so, he can convince whomever his opponent is to do or believe something that will aid his own plots or, even better, (from his point of view at least) if they have discovered the truth, converting them to change sides and join him. (Anakin for example)

All the chips? No, they could not have gotten all of them removed without Palpatine knowing. However, they might have been able to do so without his interference, if they publicized the information after the removal of the chips was already well under way.

What if Dooku told Obi-Wan and Anakin that Palpatine was the Sith Lord while he was sitting in the chair handcuffed down? This might have happened as Dooku might have figured out that Sidious was the person who commanded Maul to kill Qui-Gon which was the reason for him turning to the darkside. He might have even reprogrammed the chips as you can see he is the person talking mainly to the Kaminoans.

Love how nobody would probably hate him that much if he didn’t kill Fives. Only a little for trying to arrest Ahsoka

If George Lucas And Dave Filoni could come together and make a Alternative ending to the clone wars Starting from Fives ARC where eventually the Jedi find out about Order 66 before it happens I’d pay money for that man

Most people take Fives side in this matter but they never think about the behind the scenes with Fox. There is no way in hell Fox actually wanted to kill Fives because he did order him to stand down at first so it wouldn't happen. Had Fives stayed alive, order 66 would have been revealed and Palpatine's plan to create an empire would have failed because the clones and Jedi would remove the chips and arrest the chancellor. To avoid this from happening Palpatine ordered Commander Fox to execute Fives so his plan would still be in play. I believe people overlook how important Commander Fox really was to the Star Wars timeline, because he could've disobeyed the chancellor and stopped order 66 and gotten him and a lot of his brothers killed. We also have to remember Fox didn't know about order 66, so this was not a selfish act, in his mind he was thinking, "one brother or 1 million?"

I think that if Anakin and the Jedi were able to find out about Palpatine's plot from Fives, then, like you said, Maul would be captured. I think also that, like in Episode III, Dooku would be captured, but not kill him. Plus, since the Sith are all dead or captured, the Republic would come by a banner of truce and tell the CIS that the Surpreme Chanceller was Darth Sidious and vis-versa. Then the CIS and Republic can call it a truce until things are sorted out and for the moment the war was over.

Because the blasters used by the clones were significantly more powerful than those used by the droids. The reason being they were fighting literal metal machines. The armour on the droids was very tough and they needed super high power blasters to actually punch through reliably.

Really enjoyed this videos and thought it accurate to what would happen. Loved the whole thing and the voices as well!

Without Sidious feeding the Seppies Repiblic intel. With out Sideious there is a chance for peace as long as people accept the fact that planets have a right to leave the Republic.

I always hate to see fives death or hear about but this video changed everything

I'm watching these in release order, and I gotta say, your Movie Anakin voice is perfect. There are points in your performance where I almost forget it's you, and not the actor. Impressive. Most impressive.

The CIS could not have beaten the Republic once the war was out of the early stages. The CIS advantage of numbers was off set by the Republic's much large population base and industrial capacity which was turned to a war footing economy. Also Palpatine couldn't and didn't control everything that the CIS or Republic did. He could plan and do some things that would help prolong the war and make it worse but a lot of things happened without his control or input. The CIS could only have won if they had pushed hard in the first year before the Republic could get their feet under them. Especially by the time the final seasons of the clone wars were happening they were already in the outer rim sieges which was after the CIS was pushed out of nearly every no rim territory they had and even in the rim they lost most of their holdings so they had even less resources, people and industry to fight.

I have an idea for a part 2. 5 year time skip. Maul escapes and restarts his crime syndicate. The republic and the Separatists are still at war. Dooku starts a sith order. Barris offee general grievous and some of the other inquisitors are part of it and also new characters. Anakin has not been a general since his kids were born he took a leave from the war. Ahsoka is the general of 501st as his replacement. Dooku is in dire need of killing anakin and his children or else he won't ever be able to rule. So the story line goes about dooku having grievous kidnapping Luke and leia. Dooku would see there potential and corrupt them with the dark side. Meanwhile one of mauls spies hears of this and maul himself along with an apprentice of his own asaj ventress would go personally to try and kill dooku and take the children for themselves. Maul and ventress fight dooku and grievous and take the children because they sense dookus inquisitors. Maul and ventress travel to dathomir and attempt to revive mother talzan. It doesn't work but her spirit is able to corrupt the childrens minds further. Anakin obiwan and ahsoka find dooku and his inquisitors with padme. Anakin destroys dooku and the inquisitors and they are captured. Padme tells him that maul had there children. The three of them rush to dathomir but see mauls ship enter hyperspace. Anakin is enraged but padme calms him down along with obiwan and ahsoka assuring him they won't stop to find the children. Time skip a few months and the separatists are completely wiped out. Anakin obiwan and ahsoka head over to jabba or some other crime lord to get info on maul. After anakin brutely tortured them they told him maul had been absent from his duties for months. (Part three would come after this)

I'll be honest, it was rather stupidly arrogant for Palpatine to tell Fives about his _entire_ plan and how he started the Clone Wars. Especially since his plan on silencing Fives at first mainly included Shaak-Ti catching him. Even if Shaak-Ti did catch Fives, what would happen if he'd just blurted out Palpatine's plan right as she caught him? Palpatine couldn't exactly kill him at that time, and while he could deny such accusations, Shaak-Ti could report that to the Council, which would cause an investigation to be preemptively launched into Palpatine. It would be even worse for Palpatine if Shaak-Ti somehow managed to bring Fives to the Jedi Temple for further study and interrogation. He's not really able to kill Shaak-Ti right then and there without someone noticing, and covering up the death of a jedi master on Coruscant in the presence of the Supreme Chancellor without suspicion would be extremely difficult if not impossible.

I have an idea) What if Padmé divorced Anakin during the Rush Clovis arc so he ran away and find a Holocron of Revan or something while Padmé is pregnant at this time? Anakin becoming Sidious's apprentice genre is old at this point.

@@PentePatrolStarWars Same. It's the last time we see Anakin on Coruscant thus the likelihood of him doing *that* with her afterwards is low.

Maybe with Palpatine dead by the hands of the Jedi including Anakin the clones who were busy removing the chips from their heads and Fives will be free to help plead his case of the chips and the Chancellor with Rex and Anakin's support before the whole Senate. Palpatine would be seen as a Sith in hiding, Fives a hero to the Clone army and the Jedi, and Anakin will soon be granted the rank of Master by the Jedi Order after Ahsoka brings Maul back from Mandalore to help prove everything about Palpatine is the truth since Maul told Ahsoka that Palpatine is a Sith and the Jedi have restored peace ending the Clone Wars successfully and the clones would go on a citizens and respectful soldiers of the republic for their long valiant service. Everything would play out well.

What if Commander Fox secretly helped Fives fake his death?

If Anikan and Rex weren't so naive... Anikan would not of fallen to the dark side... Fives would have survived... the clone war could of ended in a peace treaty. Dooku would be given the opportunity of redemption through Obi-Wan, Yoda and possibly Qui-Gon's force ghost. The Republic would reunite into one faction with two different armies... the Clone and Droid army... cloning would come to an end and the Clones would be given proper retirement with full pension. The grand army of the republic will start to faze out battle droids and create a peace keeping military system of enlisted recruits similar to what the Empire did with the storm trooper program. The Jedi would step away from politics by appointing the redeemed Jedi Count Dooku as the Jedi's representative in the galactic senate... the republic would launch a scientific campaign to reduce age excelleration in the remaining Clone veterans to allow the Clone war veterans to live a longer but normal life. The Jedi representative Count Dooku would also appoint Commander Cody and Ark Trooper Fives as the clones representatives in the galactic senate. Anikan and Padme would have Luke and Leia... convince the Jedi council that love should be encouraged within the jedi ranks... Luke and Leia would be trained by Anikan, Ashoka, Obi-Wan and Count Dooku. They would become the most powerful force users the galaxy had ever seen. Darth Maul would flee from Mandolore and build a crime syndicate in the outer rim as the Republics military following the Clone war has doubled in strength... while the Jedi continue to become more and more wiser and powerful under Anikan, Luke and Leia's powers... Ashoka and Bo Katan had created an alliance between the Republic and the factions of Mandalore. Maul would pose no threat to the juggernaut powers of good. Maul would have to unite all crime syndicates like the Hutts, crimson dawn and the pikes under one banner in order to pose a threat to the allied superpowers of the Republic and Mandalore. However if a war between Maul's crime syndicates of the outer rim and the Republic... the Republic's military can snap its fingers and bring both the Droid and Clone armies back out of retirement... that includes both the Clone wars fleets of the republic and trade federations... AND the modern republic fleet against the crime syndicates... while also adding a small mandalorian navy to the massive Republic fleet... the Republic would crush the crime syndicates... Maul and the Hutt family would he killed in this war. The galaxy would finally be united under one banner and slavery in the outer rim will be abolished by the galactic senate.
