byReZio keto diet is one of the most efficient ways your body uses fat as energy instead of using glucose molecules for energy. I was just making a point that you don’t need more carbs if you’re on the keto diet. Usually lasts up to 2 months anyway.

RyRy123ism Why wouldn’t you use glucose? Your body prefers glucose, it’s using fats only when you’re fasting. Fats are energy storage, your body stores it so it can use it when you don’t have food available. Of course when you’re eating only fats, it will burn them for energy. You need to understand how your body works.

Being in the Fire Protection business, one of the first things I notice is that the cook line was changed since the fire system nozzles were installed. Whoever is servicing that system, needs to move the nozzles so they protect the cooking equipment the way they're suppose to. Hopefully your chef friend will read this.

Another tip for more taste on samon: First cook it with oil, then have butter in for more flavor the last couple minutes.
