What I Eat in a Week for my Hashimotos - While Camping 🌲

Sure, eating a diet to support your health can be much easier at home, but what do you do when you're out of your house?
Recently my family and I went camping (glamping? it was in our camper...) in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I share several of the meals we ate.
The other camping videos I mentioned ➡️

Thats cool that you’re learning to survive on hashimotos, i was diagnosed two years ago. I just hope you know that you don’t have to live with Hashimotos. It takes a lot of work and research and dilligence optimizing every aspect of your health to rid your body of toxins and inflammation and healing your gut completely, but its possible to completely or nearly completely reverse your hashimotos as opposed to constantly working around it forever abd still suffering the symptoms

I really like the idea of that, is that something that you've been able to do? Or do you know of anyone who's successfully gotten that far? (I know it's not easy 😩)

Thanks for the tips ^_^ it can be hard to find something gluten-free to eat on vacation (especially in small towns/villages in my country...), but when prepared, we can succeed. Before going on vacation, I bought some glutenfree cookies, crisps and lots of fruit to avoid being tempted by others or by my own cravings.

All these ideas look really amazing! I am currently researching to figure out what my issues are and pretty sure I have poor vagal tone, which I believe to be connected to adrenal fatigue. I also think my thyroid is off a little, as with these other two issues, seems strongly suggested. Just wondering if you’ve had any issues with vagal town? I am putting together a lot of clues that I have taken note of through the years… And I seriously think you can go back to my childhood. Anyway, I really enjoyed this video! Thx!

I’m new to hashis. Are nightshades like peppers and tomatoes okay? 😢 I feel so deprived. I’ve been told to avoid “lectins.”
