I never comment on youtube videos at all, but I just wanted to say that I'm so incredibly grateful for all of your content. It gives me so much joy, peace and inspiration and I've been following you for years. every time I see that you've uploaded a new video I kinda sigh of relief because it means that I get to sit down and truly relax for a little bit. kinda feels like I'm hanging out with a friend which is obviously impossible these days haha. thank you endlessly lindsey, you're amazing.

I’d love to see a video sometime where you show how you organize your pantry, fridge and/or countertop items across your kitchen (esp. the division with your roommate). and YES deffo convince your mama to show us that fresh sourdough, that carrot cupcake looked amazing too UGH 🤍

the crispy rice part is a staple in persian dishes!!!! we call it tahdig and literally just flip the entire pot upside down onto a place with the bottom crust on top and cut it like a cake lmao its great

I've lately made a full transition into a peso-pollotarian diet (chicken+fish and eggs, but dairy free). ive been vegan before but this diet just suits my lifestyle and gives me the right amount of everything. Ive been obSESSED with Spanish base salads, and using avocado, lemon and some salt as a nice dressing. It's honestly amazing !!! extra lovely with sweet potatoes x

Hi Lindsey!! I love ur videos so much they bring me so much calm. Big fan of the bottom of the rice that’s all crispy - in persian cooking we call that “tahdig” and dress it up and make it a whole entire dish itself :,)

Maybe that sounds a bit weird, but every time I watch one of your videos (branded or not) I never feel like I'm having products jammed down my throat, and they always seem to be something interesting and productive (this with SkillShare, or SquareSpace). Just something I've been really paying attention to as I'm trying to be a bit more conscious about the kind of content I consume. So yeah, thank you for, at least to me, always being intentional with your content and not sacrificing quality or integrity for promotional content (and even when you make #ads (because girl gotta eat!), making it interesting and engaging and not one giant commercial!) love your vids! since ik ur gf trader joe’s actually has bomb gf quinoa flower tortillas that are completely vegan they are actually the most like regular tortillas i have ever tasted! good size too! and they don’t break and stretch like a regular tortilla these recipes look so good have to make!
