THANK YOU for NOT doing that! lol. I will definitely sub to you. One thing before I go... Woman, by 8 am you have already had like, a gallon of liquid. Captain Cici Taking nutrition advice from a Doc is a very bad idea as most aren't trained more than a handful of hours in that particular field... A plant based lifestyle is IDEAL for many deficient diet issues! :) We should all be eating at least a pound of greens a day!? Are you?! Pairing those greens with fresh vitamin C rich foods ensures you absorb as much as your body can... Whole food iron supps FOR A TIME/AS A CRUTCH as you get your levels back up is also a good idea! Get advice from a naturopath or a holistic nutritionist. Docs know a lot, but nutrition wise, they shouldn't be your first stop! Vx #GoVegan #ItsTime ;)

Glad I found this channel.I am currently transitioning from NO MEAT out of my diet and love learning new recipes. Vegan is not for everyone, but if you know your importance of all food groups you will appreciate what it has to offer. You make time for what u want. I have Two babies under the age of Two years old, I'm a wife, a college student and go to work 30 hours a week as a dental assistant, so talk about busy and no time, but I make a way to meal prep even after homework. Mind you, your grocery bill does increase significantly, but I've never been on any medicines, nor does my family gets sick🙌

+cumensu, word... to walk out of the grocery store with 2-4 pounds of top sirloin, or rib-eye steaks would need to spent 20-50 dollars easy. 2pound tri-tip loin is 24-30 dollars. Hell even foster farms chickens are like 12 or 14 dollars. Just a few cuts will double or triple my bill at the register.

Gili Cohen I'm really not a fan of juices, they're full of nutrients but they're also full of sugar without any fibre. I'd much rather have a smoothie, not removing the fibre means everything is digested slower so you're still getting the same nutrients just without the sugar spikes, plus you'll be fuller for longer.

At first I got a lot of vegan alternatives like vegan yogurt, almond milk, vegan ice cream (I love So Delicious) and vegan cheese and eggs. That stuff can be expensive but helpful at first. It's really not that bad. You can eat Oreos if you live in the US and almond chocolate milk by Blue Diamond killed chocolate and sweet cravings. Now I just casually eat cereal just make sure it has no honey, toast, bagel (just not egg bagels), PASTA, salads (careful of dressings), veggies, and fruit. Chips, pretzels, non-buttered popcorn, rice, TOFU. It's really just a balance of carbs and veggies and fruit. I can rarely think about dairy anymore. It just seems gross to me. If u need encouragement, watch some vegan vids. I love bitesizevegan. Good luck and stay happy with this amazing lifestyle!

Lemons are acidic but inside the body when they have been fully metabolized and their minerals are dissociated in the bloodstream, their effect is alkalizing and therefore raises the pH of body tissue. Just google it - there is a lot of good information on this.

I think this is the healthiest what I eat in a day video I have ever seen! I wish I liked veggies as much as you seem to. The food looks very tasty.

Love this video and yes I would love to see more of what you eat, I have been wanting to change my diet up to more raw plant based and what I have seen here is absolutely inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing. I am new to your channel so I will look you up and sign up for your newsletter.

I really hate when people say eating healthy is expensive. I bought all healthy foods, no meat, mostly veggies yesterday & it was only $40! & the groceries will last me almost 2 weeks. People can't admit that they're just lazy & don't want to do the research.

Still, it depends on where they live. In some countries, the vegetables are really expensive.

Come to Switzerland and try to buy veggies or fruits. Just because it's not that expensive in your area doesn't mean it's the same everywhere.

Why juice? You're loosing all the fiber.

I'm not a vegan nor i believe it's the correct diet to live by ...Just a personal opinion...but i love learning different kind of recipes because my week includes all kinds of foods, 2-3 days a week i eat more vegetarian or vegan whereas other days meat recipes. That way I have balance +my Herbalife nutrition :D I love expanding my knowledge when it comes to food and different ways to use veggies rather than a side dish haha

+Constantina Louttchenko What health concerns do you have? I am vegan for animal and environmental reasons, but I can address any of your concerns if you'd like!

SiHa I studied about it, I already know why I don't agree with it :) Lack of vitamins,Not enough iron etc etc. I'm not going to argue about it because i stand by my facts and opinion. But, Like I said, I like a balanced diet where some of my meals don't include Meat all the time,So i try to expand my culinary knowledge and try and turn a veggie less boring and usable for Main course.

Constantina Louttchenko I am not vegan for health benefits, but I have no issue getting all my vitamins. For example, I'll compare the best vegan iron source and the best non-vegan iron source per 100 calories. Spinach - 15.5mg per 100 cals Sirloin steak - 0.9mg per 100 cals There is no scientific reason preventing you from having a nutritionally complete vegan diet.
