I enjoyed this, I love porridge too never gets old, 🥰 good tip about roasting the chicken so you always have some in the fridge as the packets of precooked chicken are always tiny and never as good ! Lmao when I lived with my parents I also had my own food draw! The struggle is real🥲

reheating cooked food in general is always so dodgy, i don’t like it either😂 im so glad you’ve made one of these videos, i always watch them but half the time they’re american and i can’t find the same types of food that look SO good😩💚

Extra shot of coffee doesn’t make it a cappuccino, it’s the amount of foam to steamed milk ratio that decides. If it has an extra shot that’s just a cappuccino/latte with an extra shot

I made kombucha the other day and the scoby is actually disgusting but tastes good and so good for you too so it’s worth it!!😂

Em this is going to sound like a stupid question but do you put oil on your roast veg? ILY 🥰

It's interesting to see how you're dealing with meal times- I just had to move back with my parents too, but they're big on all eating together at the meal table which makes it very awkward as I'm a vegetarian so I have my own food, but mum doesn't like me cooking at the same time as her so I just tend to have what they're having minus the meat + some kind of processed alternative which is probably not the healthiest. I might have to ask about having my own meal times because I'm almost 22 and it would be a lot easier >.>

Love this video. Just in case it helps, Lidl have whole roast chicken and they’re so nice. I buy one of those to cut up and put into sandwiches and things like that, just to save you the bother of cooking a chicken hahah x

To all the people saying she's eating a small amount of food. It's not always about how much in on your plate! A lot of the food in this video is really nutrient dense and this only shows us one day!!! Also Em, it's pronounced 'yeero' not 'gyro'. sorry it's a pet peeve thing
