Wouldve really liked 20s/30s. Been really unwell due to my gut, lost nearly 9 stone in 3 years and cannot get any of the doctors to take me seriously. Desperately trying to find ways i can improve my gut health myself.

I eat hardly any fruit: vitamin C is the most important nutrient and you can get it from lots of veg as well as citrus fruit. Remember: you can’t OD on vitamin C

Those whole foods and EVOO in the video should be consumed at all ages. It is "attention-grabbing clickbait" to categorize these basic whole foods and EVOO into age-decades! Whole foods should be eaten almost exclusively at all ages. EEVO should be consumed at all ages. No simple carbs at all ages. Complex carbs high in fiber (veggies) at all ages. Avoid processed (made in a factory) foods, at all ages. No added sugars, sugary drinks, etc at all ages.

She stated at the beginning that it isn’t about removing meat and such, but the average diet is too low in fiber and polyphenols, so it seems this episode is more about what to add in.

This is depressing. Olive oil isn't any good when heated. Lard is actually a 1000x better to heat with. It has a high smoke point. I only eat olive oil in things that aren't heated. How is this not known.

@@dawnkeckley7502 whether you're cooking something low and slow or high and fast, the end result is still a high internal temperature which means a high temperature of the cooking oil. It being lower just takes a longer time for it to get there. I use beef dripping or avocado oil
