@@MaverickBaking thanks for the recipe and I already checked it out.. most vegans use aquafaba to replace eggs in most cookie recipes like this one. You literally cannot tell the difference as it has the same consistency of an egg so it works perfectly. 3 TBS of aquafaba for one egg and vegan butter (earth balance) enjoy life chips are dairy free.. aquafaba is juice from the can of gatbonzo beans. Packed with protein it’s very healthy but get the low sodium kind.. works perfectly. Cannot taste or smell it in a recipe anymore you can an egg. Thanks again for the recipe!

It's not a specific recipe to be honest! I think it was: sliced onions and peppers pan-fried for a few mins until soft; then broken up sausage, chickpeas, tomato passata, herbs and spices pan-fried for a few more mins; then add more water and some spinach and simmer for 20-30 mins. Something like that!
Love this! Usually these things are like “I had a smoothie and half a banana. Then for lunch I didn’t finish my salad because I was SO FULL from breakfast! I went for a 20km run and then had 5 almonds as a snack. For dinner I ate steamed water”

Pov you have a fast metabolism
Actually, it was not until I had braces in high school I found out you are always supposed to cut your apple in slices, not only when you have braces, even though that's when I found out the information. Other experts said oh yeah your mandibular is not meant for eating an apple, you are always supposed to cut it in slices, whether you wear braces or not.

Thanks so much for watching! The cookie recipe (maybe using vegan butter, soy yoghurt, and dairy-free chocolate to veganise) can be found here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/kYN5ldSifpqpZ7g.html

I can’t eat pasta, cookies and polenta in the same day and not gain weight 😢

How is that too much food? Its literally a normal amount, also you don't know how much she needs to eat to maintain her current weight so how would you know if she would gain weight from that?? And lastly not everyone cries after gaining weight, some people don't care

How do you allow yourself to eat whatever you want and not feel guilty?

Because I’ve suffered from over 15 years of disordered eating, and I’ve finally reached a point where I love and appreciate food as something not to be scared of or feel guilty about. 🤍
This is what I call balance d
