Im on my weight loss journey..my highest weight was 227lbs and at present I'm 190..my at the moment is 170 and when i get there i will set another one.. started my journey October 27th 2023

Hey there! I just started this 6 weeks ago and yes I follow Eric too. Initially I wasn't tracking my protein per day but I have been tracking it very closely. Scale ain't moving much but I'm keep moving.... I'm keep going. Yep I got the tuna / chicken/ green yogurt. We've got this!!!

Hey love just found your channel! You are doing great with the protein. What I would tell you is not to worry about the carbs so much. Protein actually helps you stay fuller longer. Once you do have some calories leave over and its maybe under 200 calories dont worry about it. Go for more water base fruits and protein. You got this!

Yes! I agree! Now that I have been incorporating weight training, I have been focusing less on my carb intake and prioritizing protein, water and fiber. Thank you for watching!

are you sensitive to any foods at all? if you have anyyyy amount of inflammation going on in your body that could halt it too, your body needs to heal so keep going! progress is not always noticed on scale right away, sounds like youre doing your best in general.

It does/can take longer than a few weeks to see results! Ive previously lost around 50lbs. Ive slowly started gaining back and want to get back to feeling better. Consistency is key!

Yes i watched your video until the end. I only heard the first part of your video because i just let it play on my laptop... I heard parts of on your video while I was doing deep cleaning.

The guys name on instagram is EricRobertsFitness. If you go to his IG and look at his highlight called calculator, he has a link directly to it!

If ur over 35 shug u will gain weight or jus maintain weight cuz perimenopause is taking shape
