What about cottage cheese and no sugar Greek yogurt? Also calcium carbonate in almond milk? Sorry but plants have consciousness too… they sense fear, want to reproduce.
Cutting out dairy brought a LOT of positive effects for me. The way we treat animals is absolutely going to catch up with us. Coconut milk is a great alternative.

I LOVE your videos like this! I’ve been taking adoptogens (specifically rhodiola and ashwaganda) for about a year now and notice a huge difference. I’m excited to look into the others you mentioned. I agree about dairy 100%! I quit consuming dairy and I just feel better overall. I noticed my hormonal acne stopped too! Xo!
I love your videos! Love that you are detailed about the information you present. I also appreciate your personal opinion about products, ingredients, etc. Keep up the good work. I really appreciate you! : )
I like this video format. I took a bunch of notes and can’t wait to implement these foods into my diet
I had to come back here and THANK YOU! You said the simplest thing “You should feel good” and it resonated with me! My life has been changed….I honestly don’t have the words to thank you enough❤

Hey Dr. Mona ! You give off such a good energy. I'm on the other side of the world and I can still feel it. Amazing content and super helpful! When you've mentioned your cortisol spikes at around 5 am, its actually because of the Circadian cycle. Waking up from the sleep state is probably one of the most stressful situations that a body has to go through whence the cortisol levels remain high from around 5 am to 9 am if I'm not wrong. Just thought of sharing this information! Hope it helps
Thank you so much for your videos!I found a new favorite channel

Thank you for this wealth of knowledge. It is no wonder I crave for foods like avocado, cheese, salmon, and other natural fatty foods when I'm stressed and tired. Herbs help too, just as much as Jasmine tea.
I was surprised MACA wasn’t mentioned but thank you for all your great tips. I had an experience with this miracle root when my hormones started to go crazy and my Doctor highly recommended MACA so I started consuming it and in less then a month I notice a drastic changes in my sleep, energy, hair, skin, nails, I don’t have anymore cravings before the time of the month, my cramps went away completely to the point that I don’t even feel I’m on my period anymore also a huge difference for hot flashes OMG and I take it everyday in my tea.

Iffat, you could also try writing down or if this is more convenient for you, taking pictures of the meals you eat. Then note in the evening or on the next day, how you feel. Food can boost out mood or even sleep (tryptophane in bananas, dairy ,..), but some people react to certain foods with mood swings, feeling tired, dizzy, irritated gut or stomach, itchy skin, running nose, puffy eyes or faxe the next day, like just wanting to sleep immediately or irritated with high blood pressure and being easily annoyed. This can happen when you have thyroid problems, your gut flora is imbalanced (Mental health!!!) or you have a food intolerance, not being able breaking down/metabolize certain substances. There are lots of online sources or check your local library and make a test by answering questions regarding symptoms. It helped me tremendously!I'm much happier, balanced, less irritated and can sleep so much better leaving out certain foods or taking the rights supplements. After ruling this out for you by a food diary/elimination diet you probably find the culprits. I did this and then knew why I instinctively never liked certain foods or why I felt so terrible after eating some of the foods I loved and ate often. (*edited autocorrect typos)
AWESOME video. Thank you!! 😍😍😍
