When I was 16-17 I had terrible gut health. It started out with specific foods that would trigger stomach cramps and eventually it just seemed random. Didn't seem to matter what I ate or drank, I would just randomly get extreme pain in my stomach. It eventually wasn't a problem years later but we never found out what caused the issue. We thought it was Gluten sensitivity but it turned out to not be that.

Beans and legumes are extremely difficult to digest as they are both carbs (very complex) and protein . I am actually very intolerant to red kidney beans (and lentils too) - and raw kidney beans can actually kill you so SOAK legumes overnight and I really would recommend taking a food intolerance test before picking up the items in the video. In general for gut health, buy good quality DIGESTIVE ENZYMES (for me it works better than probiotics). Use herbs especially coriander, oregano, turmeric. Supplements like milk thistle, burdock Root, vitamin B (helps digest fat) are soo good.

That's most likely an allergy. Start keeping a journal of what you were doing/eating for the last 12 hours, every time you get them. Hopefully you'll be able to narrow something down. If not, try a food elimination diet. It takes will-power and discipline, but food allergies are very serious and tend to get worse with exposure. Good luck!

S r. That pain your feeling is good. Your bodys reaction of letting you know, its getting rid of inflammation, adipose cells, riding your colon, small intestine, large intestine and appendix from old bacteria and parasites which has been in you for the longest. Once the pain is over, after you keep drinking ACV, you wont feel pain, but doesnt mean you have to stop, theres still alot in our digestive tract walls. Mucus and all. Continue to prosper.

A person with "Dr." In front of her name just said HCl is an enzyme... I knew this channel was basically just a giant thrive commercial but this health advice is coming from someone who is not educated in diet/nutrition. Judging from the comments, vulnerable people are falling for it.

She is just a pharmacist. She knows full well most people will think Dr means medical doctor and she is capitalizing on that. Nowadays there are all kinds of drs from pharmacists to chiropractors. So deceiving. No one should use Dr unless it is a medical doctor. All lawyers have a PhD. We don't address them as Dr

My medical doctors don't know s*** about nutrition and never counsel or ask me about my diet. It baffles me. Finding a new PCP that has some nutrition knowledge has been difficult in my area.

So, I found out today that “Gut bacteria also produce hundreds of neurochemicals that the brain uses to regulate basic physiological processes as well as mental processes such as learning, memory and mood. For example, gut bacteria manufacture about 95 percent of the body's supply of serotonin, which influences both mood and GI activity.”

An aide to good gut health (in addition to healthy, clean eating) is to take a good probiotic, one that has to be refrigerated. I have taken one for more than 20 years. I will be 60 this month, and am in good health. I take no medicines and my blood work and blood pressure is always great. My husband says I barely look 42!
