The job options are actually now better in europe and middle east (UAE) for pharmacy because the PharmD is relatively new there and the developed nations have the financial ability to accomodate PharmDs and the dollar to the currency breakdown equates to more than what they pay in the US......most of those nations also speak English nowadays
