Any seeds or nuts that I get especially hemp flax and chia I put them in the freezer to keep them longer I do not know if you are supposed to put chia seeds in the freezer but they still work the same when I bake with them so I think the freezer keeps ground flax pretty well

Thanks for sharing! Can you share more about your hair routine. I know you mentioned you only wash it now cause the shampoo you use is too expensive. Can you slip in a little about your transition. I am sure it went through it and also eating Vegan helps a lot when you have a clean diet.

it's a joke between me and my husband lol it's so dumb, but when it's written in the URL or IG handle it looks like frommy. that is the joke. so funny I know!

Have I been saying "From My Bowl" wrong? Haha
