Haha 😂 Jim is killing it. The audio and video set up is dope. Jim just became a Radio host putting u to sleep with that voice.

We are going through exactly this, scheduled us for an interview… go a suit from the Mens wearhouse and my wife got her nice on, we go to the interview and of course it was “descheduled” with no upcoming date or no reason as to why it was D, been waiting for months now and since I am eligible for citizenship I went ahead and applied, I got scheduled for an interview for that for next month so we will see what’s up 🙌🏿

I ended up having my Natz interview descheduled because of the new Juneteenth holiday. Took them months to get it back on the books. At least I had a same day ceremony when it did come back around.

Today, I got a call from an officer from USCIS saying he has to cancel my interview coz my file hasnt arrived in their office yet. I still decided to go USCIS and met him in person and confirmed the call was legit, he told me I should get a notice of a new appointment in the next week or two. He also told me there’s nothing wrong with my case but he just really need to wait for the file. Im like, so he’s waiting for my file but he also said my case should be good. Ugh! A little disappointing. Is he telling the truth?

@@damanimcnish1031 Hi! I got my interview on July 17 and now I am waiting for my Oath taking ceremony. My interview went so fast it took roughly 5mins and the officer was very nice. When I got my re-schedule letter It shows I need to look for the same officer that supposed to interview me on the first date. Here is my timeline of waiting: June 28, 2022 - Original Citizenship Interview August 01, 2022 - I got my letter for the new date of my interview August 17, 2022 - Interview date Now, I was told to wait at least 1- 2 weeks for my oath taking letter to arrive.

That happened to me twice just one day before my interview canceled and now its showing me pending its almost 10 year 😞

sitting home, wondering... OMG that's the worst part of this journey

It’s been about 10 month since I applied for my n-400 my interview was canceled now it’s been 40 days since canceled no updates yet :( is anyone have the same situation? And by the way this channel always tries scare people don’t do that plz

I filed mines in 2020 January I had 2 cancelled interviews now I’m currently waiting for them to give me a new date so far I’m waiting 60!days smh 🤦🏿‍♂️ imma give them until 90 days to then get an lawyer or info pass it’s annoying but stay strong 🙏🏿

I filed N-400 in Aug,2021 and on May,3,2022 received the interview scheduled and on May,11,2022 received the interview cancelled/descheduled. Now I am waiting for a new update.

@@marceloalves3493 So you applied a month after me cuz I applied on July 2021 and I’m still waiting Well hopefully we all get out citizenship soon whoever is loyal and love this country they deserve to be a citizen in my opinion:)

N-400 interview combo: at the interview, pass the security check point , at the desk where we supposed to check in , they asked about 50 of us to wait that their system is down from 7am to 10am , at 10am uscis officer came out that their system is down and that they need to reschedule our interview about 50 of US For January . What a waste of time and preparation etc , My peace and joy departed from me instantly till now today making it a week. They said by January we will receive a new date I’m still waiting.😢. I

Exactly what happens to me show up at uscis and they told me no interview I was down until today

I have called your office about this issue, they told me that my asylum case needed to be pending for more than 2 years in order to sue USCIS. My interview got cancelled 8 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet. The information you give is either lacking in your videos or your attornies don't know what you are refeering to. This is genuianly a big dissapointment. I got my hopes up and I beleived I had a chance to expedite the process but today I learnt again if something sounds to good to be true it is probably not true. Thank you Jim for getting my hopes up for an hour before you destroy it!

Also, if you are in Asylum pending, better to wait 5 years before petitioning your case for a Green Card.

Jim please help.. A little background on my case My wife enter the USA illegally, yrs later we met had 2 kids with her got married, got lawyer file many paper work and finally got an interview date for her to Mexico... Immigration cancel the interview, because 2 weeks before the interview Covid 19 happened and the world shut down... 1 yr half later The next mail we received was case denied... Lawyer mail a request stating we still want to pursue our case, there answer was they will notified us for next interview date. It's almost a yr since we received anything from immigration... Our lawyer keep telling us to be patient. Is there anything we can do to get an interview date? Or just wait like our lawyer says ? Hope to hear from you soon . Thank you for doing a great job.. PS.. I am a US citizens

You have to declare at the port of entry and be prepared with documentation to prove you own it and not due to illegal activity.

Need to follow EBM channel he talks about DV . He can fill it and immediately. He will wait until his case becomes current for interview.

Best dv channel is britsimonsays, he explains how lottery works, how to fill ds260 and stuff. For more broad law stuff Jim Hacking channel is best.
