What Happens to Your Body When You Start Eating Honey Every Day

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Honey is the only product which contains all the necessary ingredients to keep you alive and healthy: vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and water. Today, we are exploring all of its benefits and healthy properties.
Honey is sweet, made by bees, and Winnie-the-Pooh loves it. But do you also know that honey has existed for millions of years? That honey will never spoil if kept in an airtight container?
We at Bright Side have been looking for quite some time for such a product, and it turned out to be natural honey. And we're definitely going to eat a spoonful of it every day from now on!

SUMMARY
Honey and garlic combo
When combined with another natural remedy with strong antiseptic and healing properties - garlic - the power of honey will increase tenfold. Garlic-infused honey will boost your immune system and keep you in good health. You're going to need the following ingredients:
• 3-4 heads of garlic
• 1 cup raw honey
• a small jar with a lid
Separate the garlic heads into cloves, and remove their outer layers. Put them into the jar, and then pour honey over them. Remove bubbles if necessary. Cover the jar with a lid, and put it away to infuse for a few days. Take one spoonful a day on an empty stomach, and you will feel energized and healthy like never before.
Hopefully, you are already running to your kitchen or the nearest store to start your honey-based treatment. But remember just one thing: like overindulging in anything else, eating too much honey can cause some serious problems. Maybe you have noticed that in all the recipes all you need is one or maximum two spoonfuls of honey. No wonder. If you eat more, it can dramatically increase your sugar level, cause allergy, or lead to putting on excess weight. Therefore, eat it moderately!

I’ll be honest haven’t watched the whole video yet. However my meme (grandmother in French) used honey 3 times a day. She would have honey and hot water (tea without the teabag) this woman looked 10 years younger than she was and lived to 100. You have to understand one thing, the doctors when she was young said she wouldn’t live to be a teen. Save the Bees they are our honey makers! This is a true story.

Don't save the bees, ... propagate them. Do things in nature that help them too, i.e. learn what types of natural flower grow in your area and plant them and don't spray them with any natural or chemical insecticide. They die all the time from natural process ... so it is hard to "save" them. If she stings she dies. If he flys with the queen, he dies. Protect them, stop chemical use and get people to do things naturally ... and still be anti-globalist.

Should have mentioned that it has to be raw honey, processing it kills of most of the nutrients. I would like to add that mixing it with bee pollen makes it most effective. I've been taking "raw" bee honey for years and I have to confirm everything in this video is true. If you can find it local makes it even more effective due to the fact you become immune to all of the allergies in the local area. I can't say enough good things about raw bee honey, it will be apart of my diet for the rest of my life!

I will never by commercial honey again after learning the facts about the honey industry. Honey bees have been dying at an alarming rate, up to 50% in the last several years. Yet honey consumption has gone up at least that much in the same time. So how is that possible? It's because China has been increasing their supply by adding rice syrup and other fillers to their honey and dumping it on the U.S. market. Even when a ban was put on them, China passed it through other Asian countries illegally. U.S. customs can't test more than a small percent of the imported honey, so the majority of the tainted honey gets in and used by large food companies in America. Buy honey that comes from local farmers. You will not only be getting honey that's better for you, due to the bees using plants in your region to make their honey, you will also be supporting a business in your local community. Nothing could be sweeter.

Quran, Chapter 16, Verse 69-69: "And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct. Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought."

@worldfacts 4u Nope Quran actually describes the earth in it's actual shape,“And the earth, moreover, hath He made egg shaped.” [Al-Qur’an-Surah An-Naziat 79:30] The Arabic word for egg here is dahaahaa1 which means an ostrich-egg. The shape of an ostrich-egg resembles the geo-spherical shape of the earth.

  • @WWTormentor

    @WWTormentor

    5 жыл бұрын

PARDEEP YADAV yes. Honey is a good sweetener for diabetics to use. But no more than 1 tea spoon per meal. Also preferably raw honey. Now having said that the honey use I’m talking about is applying the honey directly on the wound and not eating it. Though I do recommend all my patients that I treat with diabetic foot ulcers to eat 1 tea spoon of honey 3 times a day while the wound is healing. As a diabetic myself I use honey to sweeten my tea and other hot beverages. I also use it to make butter and honey sandwich for breakfast as well as just consuming a tea spoon 3 times a day assuming no other consumption.

Been eating Florida blueberries and local honey each day for about two weeks. About 2 cups per day. Some days with strawberries and blackberries but always with honey. I feel the difference. I have less inflammation. Better digestion, better mobility and haven't had a migraine . I'm actually shocked and didn't start this for health benefits...just started it because we got a ton of blueberries that needed eaten and had some orange blossom honey. Not until a few days in did I even look up the health benefits. After only a few days I noticed changes in how I felt and I wasn't trying to notice. I'll keep eating the honey because it's easy and it makes everything else taste great.

"Honey is the only product which contains all the necessary ingredients to keep you alive and healthy: vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and water." Absolute nonsense. Honey is over 85% sugar and the rest is almost entirely water. You receive almost nothing in the way of essential fats and amino acids, instead you get mostly non-essential carbs... and lots of them. There are indeed products that you could actually live entirely off of - meat products, for instance (fatty fish is likely the most healthy). I have nothing against honey, but I do have something against rediculous non-factual claims. If you were to live entirely off honey, you would have a pretty short life. Cheers.

I started using honey on a regular basis a few years ago. Firstly as a substitute for sugar on cereal and since then I use it all the time in cooking. You can use it in nearly everything. Try frying onions in some light olive oil (slowly) with garlic then add honey to caramelize. Add chilli for some heat and you have a great side accompaniment to pretty much anything or use it as a basis for a curry or stew!! I also like to add honey to meat or fish when grilling or roasting for a beautiful and tasty glaze. Experiment!! Its also great on icecream!
