There is unfinished basements in the US. It’s like “meh, who cares. I can still dump my useless stuff in the basement”

*THE level of propaganda in this video is ridiculous.* There is nothing "sinister" in the NK's building, it is an internationally recognized achievement in architecture. And it is especially ironic that this video discusses NK's propaganda while being propaganda itself.
