I took the engine out of my 200X and tore it down, thinking that the kicker spring broke, but it ended up being something I did not expect!

Dang, collecting my parts now, goiing to build 84 200x engine over winter, , ggz-👽👍
1st you split the cases fromt the clutch side only. 2nd you have to backcut and skim kicker gears....you will be back in again.

gears can only take so much torque.

Some parts can still be bought from dealerships, I got most of my engine parts on ebay and from Wiseco. But I'll look up a part number on a dealer website, then type it in on eBay if the part is no longer available from a dealer. It's also the cheapest route too.
