The only similarity is that they both have Asians on their teams (not exclusively). Everything else is different -- content, format, humor, speech, topics, etc.

Finally Julia gets to be in a video with commenters that won’t irrationally attack her like vicious keyboard warriors 😂

Yeah, Josh would get shredded if he was on JKNews because of all the not good pressure from the team waiting for him to say something that makes sense; especially when he starts stammering to think, the tension gets worse. In Wong Fu, I think he could process and take the time to answer with full thoughts.

Yep. JK tends to be louder and they have more speakers in a JK News video than a Wong Fu Lunch Break. The environment in JK also tends to have it so that the loudest person in the room has the most important point (lol) compared to Wong Fu, who tend to take turns speaking.

Julia fits in better with Wong fu xD

i think Phil address this a few years ago saying he will no longer censor curse words and now you hear them say it. but they don't use it excessively.

I really love Julia, and she honestly belongs more in Wong Fu rather than JK. She gets a lot of undeserved shade at JK, both from cast and comments.

it sucks that sometimes i‘m just genuinely interested in a person (not necessarily romantically) and want to get to know them and i learn to enjoy our conversations or spending time together and love and care for them as a friend/important person in my life but i have to keep a certain distance because otherwise they‘ll just assume i want to date them... like why can‘t i have a male best friend :( i tell them i wanna be friends but they always want more... and everything ends up messed up or we have to stop being close.... and everyone pities the guys with their „one sided“ feelings and how much it hurts to be rejected but has anyone considered how much it also hurts to lose someone you loved even if it wasn‘t romantically? sorry for ranting, i‘m just sad

That's why I love to have gay male friends. You can really let yourself be yourself around them. You can invite them over to your place and even having them stay for the night as friends would do but there will never be that worrying phase of "Oh no, I have to stop being myself otherwise they might want more".
