Love to family staying together in 1 house even after the children are already more than on their legal age. Being hospitable when a relatives or friends will visit their house will be prepared with the most sumptous foods, they will used the towels and blankets being kept in the closets are among the most notable traits of the Filipinos. Respect to elder people like in quing in the terminals, supermarkets and others.

Filipinos are 2nd among Asians in America just behind Chinese. Most of my family are Filipinos. Including my daughter inlaw and my grandsons are half Filipino. I know of about 1000 family members in the US. Yeah, they're a huge family.

Hi Nelly.theres a lot of Filipinos here in Australia most of us here are nurses and other professionals. Some of us came here to train as nurses. Now a lot are coming to further their studies.and others.

Hi Nelly... I love this content. FYI, Filipinos are so diverse in culture, customs and appearance. I had a church friend before, people thought he's a Korean. Long ago, the Spaniards were here for 333 years and Americans, several good years. Filipinos nowadays are becoming western, check the names, the brand we use, the style and the like. It is rare to find "Pure Filipino", in general aspect. God bless you and Mike.

Thanks for your recognizing and admiration of the good traits of the Filipino people. Truly, we came from mix culture most. Myself my great grandparents in my Father side are Spanish pure while my Mom and grandmother side have Chinese blood. It came out that our European aborigines taught us self discipline , quite religious, artistic, and resilient in hardships While in my Chinese side we learn to be hardworking and humble. The east and west culture combination yield good qualities of a Filipino because of reliability, friendliness, and kindness we can offer to our visitors and foreign friends.

What I notice is there is a lot of “White Philippians”. I guess these are half Americans, Irish or Australians. Very exotic breed.

That is true! That's the 1 most unbelievable characteristics of a Pilipino, they can work even with out sleep for 3 straight days😅!!
