Rudy Gobert is one of the most polarizing players in all of basketball right now. The Timberwolves traded the entire farm for the guy but we have to wonder was it even the right move? Does his lock down defense really make up for his lackluster offensive production and bag? Really liked the production of the video but the analysis felt pretty surface level to me. To the question of what does Rudy even do, it would have been interesting for you to dive into his gravity in the paint. He does draw a bunch of attention from weak side defenders. Also, his and Conley's P&R production after the deadline has been awesome. We all know that Rudy 'should' add a jumper to his game--but can he? Would be great if he added even one or two moves to his post game. The number of times I've seen him lose his driblle while backing down a small is disheartening.

Good points all around, I think I'm going to try and do more technical analysis than surface level stuff in the future for sure. I actually think Conley is much more fitting for his game than dlo but his lack of real bag at all I feel like holds gobert back a ton
What can Gobert do? Start a lockdown and end the national emergency 😂🤣

@@2KJay_ I click to this video just because think "it's playoffs time. What the fuck Gobert can do now?" And I heard simple shit that everybody said since his max deal. He's overpaid, can't shoot threes, can't do shit on defense, can play only drop coverage on defense. His real cost in 2023 is 2mils. That's nothing to add. If you ask me, you shouldn't make video about it. Make a video about how Kawhi's hip troubles make him play less aggressive, how useless seasons awards since Davis show us in game 1 who is by far real DPOY, tell about Westbrook shot mechanics which makes him miss or score shots. Tell us about how 76ers deal with double timing on Embiid (easy but interesting topic). All this shit needs research, but people wants to see only interesting videos. If not, you can't expect good numbers on views.

In the sense that two tall players can work. But I did say that ad and boogie were far more elite bc they could both shoot. Which is why gobert and Kat won't work as effectively
