The most important thing about being a good leader is: 1.Treat everybody with Kindness and respect and to listen to People People want to be heard and if people feel you're hearing them and you care about their ideas they are more likely to want to work with you and be your Teammate and Alot about Being a good leader is Figuring out how you can get a team to work together It's hard to do great things just by yourself it's better when your working with others

Most important thing about being a good leader is drone striking as many innocent civilians as possible.

The first thing he said is real true. When I was younger, I was pretty reckless in the things I believe and how I said it, but - as I moved on to leadership positions - I realize how much impact my words can have. And, at the end of the day, you're dealing with another human being who has a personal life, who may go to their house to spend the rest of the day with their family, someone who has fear and insecurities like anyone else; and saying something rude can impact someone (especially as a leader). Some people as they get promoted think they can become more ruthless into how they deal with other people, but I strongly disagree with this: someone should become kinder and not the other way.

Kindness is so underrated 😮
