@@shreyajoshi462 start applying for all the IT company Job portals. You can do it through linked in.. Or individual websites too.. Create a clear cut profile and a neat resume ,upload it on naukri .. Now what kind of job in IT depends on -if u have done any programming learning ..or if ur branch in BE was CSe or Is..based on that u can apply for opening on Nakuri/linked in /glassdoor and even on individual company's job portal.. U can. Google for the links of the companies like .. Capgemini,Hcl,Infosys shell etc.,

@@chandana1820 if u are specific about joining software industry itself,then try to see if u can choose IS or CS branch .. If u don't have such chance to choose .. Nothing to worry .. People who have studied mechanical , electrical , electronics & communication have become software engineers . so it does not matter what u choose if that is ur concern.. U can definitely go for IEM if that is the only choice u have

The answer is yes ! but there will be a lot of challenges. Which starts from you learning programming skills.. And proving that you are good at it.. A lot of companies do look for B.com or mainly B.E graduates but there are a few freelancers who don't care much about degree but your skill and experience ..so try learning programming and start applying for job with freelancers..

There will be many job portals for most of the IT companies .. You can try applying online .. Or through reference .. And Even Naukari.com ,Glassdoor and linked in.. There are so many forums like these through which u can apply for software jobs..

Sister experience wise tell me manual and automation testing jobs title in which you are working company or any. Without 60% how can we move in cap Gemini, techmahendra, Accenture can it possible or experience is required.

Both companies are moderately fine . It all depends on which project u end up in once u join any organisation. Also check reviews about both HCL and cognizant in ‘Glasssdoor’ for the designation u r offered with . It may help u choose the one suits you.
