Funniest thing ever, George, having a dog that cost so much. The vet bill of 2000 to tell him his dog is overweight. Too funny😂😂😂😂

Amazon has a good service. I pay a yearly fee for shipping. Since I find it hard to physically shop I use Amazon alot. The yearly fee for shipping more than pays for itself. Plus if I do have to return an item the return is easy and free.

11:37 Rachel, make sure you are getting hands-on training for the use of the Lifevac. The time wasted trying to figure it out in the moment and doing it wrong, is VASTLY more dangerous than doing the Heimlich Maneuver even without proper training. The first thing to do is call 911 if someone is choking (if they can cough or make sounds they are not choking, yet) then perform the Heimlich. Matter of fact, let's make this a moment, for anyone reading this, to go down to your local Red Cross and get certified in emergency first aid and basic life support this month.

Its pretty easy to use.
I like that George. "Never spend just to save". Always ask yourself, do I need this and if you honest, chances are you don't. Only buy stuff you need, you will save so much more than any deal.
@Rachel- Thanks for making all of our Echos go off and give us the weather report after you told us what Charles has been saying 10x's per day!😂😂
Rachel, we need the link to the trousers! Also, the Guilty as Charged question should have been "Have you ever left an Amazon review?!"
OMGosh! Rachel, when you said, "Alexa, what's the weather?" my Alexa answered! 😂
My husband was not thrilled that this made me look back in Amazon.😂😂 in this account his first purchase was a bow and arrows in 2008.
my husband also loves winston also. he said he was so secure in his manhood to say how handsome winston is. 😂
Satin pillowcase is good for preventing wrinkles
The Baby Brezza is phenomenal. That is one purchase I have zero regret about!
As a retired helicopter flight nurse the Life Vac is a must have. Especially when you have teenager baby sitters watching your kids. Always leave it on the kitchen counter and show the sitter how to use it. I actually purchased one for each of our vechiles in case we’re out at a restaurant or party and an emergency should occur.
Praying for Olive's "recovery" from obesity! 🐶 💕 🐶
omg y'all pickin' on toe rings. I haven't taken mine off SINCE THE 90s. 🤣🤣🤣 Don't be hatin'! LOL
Re: George with his toilet auger, I used to have a really old furnace - probably about sixty years old when I finally replaced it - and the pilot light would go out fairly often. I was calling someone to come in a few times a year to re-light it. The last time was on a weekend, and the guy charged me $80 (which was a lot at the time). I said, "OK, but only if you show me how to do it." So, he did, and I re-lit it myself every time after that.
I love listening to this show. Now I definitely need to go back and see what my first Amazon purchase was. And Lindsey I got you girl on the no eye contact when on lunch or break. I have a coworker who just talks and talks and talks, even if you have headphones on she will still try to talk to you. It drives me crazy lol.
Rachel just made Alexa tell me the weather🤣🤣
Omg George had me dying about poor obese Olive! 😂😂😂 my first Amazon purchase was April 2006 🤯
You guys are awesome together love the banter 🥰🥰❤❤😂😂 always looking forward to Happy Hour!!!!
Got my first dog.. oh boy george😂 Rachel...satin pillowcase is good for your hair. Hence the bonnet. Your hair doesn't get pulled out from sliding on the cotton cases.. helps control frizziness
Bought a telastrations game to take to Thanksgiving dinner with family. We loved playing. Worth every penny.
I'm dying about the dog! 🤣
I love Rachel! She’s so relatable!
George, toe rings specifically do not go fully under your toe so it doesn't hurt. It's like a 3/4 ring. I don't think I've bought more than 50 things off of Amazon and nothing in the last couple years. I know a lot of people who hate Amazon because the top people get so much of the profits (which is an eye roll for me) but say you can't survive without using Amazon. So I have been putting my money where their mouths are to show them how incredibly easy it is. They hate it so much and I've saved so much money by not having ease of access to whatever I want whenever the thought crosses my mind. It's been a win-win for us.
That baby breeza is no joke! Every new parent should get one. Best purchase we ever did lol.
Happy Thanks giving to everyone! So glad I get to watch this while getting ready to spend time with family
yes to the satin pillow case its the best !!
My kids are now in college, but I am with you George! A formula Keurig would have been life changing!
Rachel 100% on the choking awareness..from a pediatric nurse...
Love this show! This is so funny!
First Amazon purchase (2008) was a book for my father-in-law and last purchase was a Stanley cup. Ironically both were Christmas presents. Great video. Those purchases do say a lot about our spending! I love these videos!!
Satin pillow cases are good for your hair. Ask any curly girl!
This episode was so fun! I love how it was more about spending. Can’t talk about budgeting without being realistic about our spending!
This is my new fave show. I hope that means I'm graduating from Deloney. 🤣
My first Amazon purchase was an electric can opener in 2010. Most of my purchases are home items, electronics and international foods. I place orders about once a week. In 2024, I'm relocating overseas and one of my criteria was the country has to have Amazon or a similar online shopping platform. I actually ruled out countries that don't offer Amazon shopping.

I listening to you guys while driving. Happy Thanksgiving
You guys are absolutely hilarious!! I’m so glad I discovered this channel 👍🏼. Those gut belly laughs are much needed in this crazy world we all live in 😂😂. Don’t stop being authentic and relatable. That’s part of your magic 😂👍🏼💰💵
It's not sad that I'm listening on Thanksgiving. I listen to your show while cooking and cleaning. I have pumpkin bread in the oven and once it's done I'll head out to see my family:)
I’m with Rachel on the choking thing. Major fear. But it has actually happened at our house and I’m pretty sure I’m traumatized by it. We also ordered the lifevac, pack of two. One in the car and house. 👍👍 We also have the pipe auger for our home. We have used it so many times and it has paid for items twenty times over.
also the life vac is great to have for anyone! As a mama bear i totally agree !
1 year Prime Day saved my tail. We had what my partly Irish 🍀 husband refers to as "Irish twins" (almost) 13 months apart. We were planning a big trip across country with 3 layovers. All we had was this amazingly high and awkward double stroller that was perfect for Park jogs but took up all the room in our car trunk... We couldn't afford a fancy travel stroller I'd drooled over - until Prime day made it 1/2 price - just in time!
Yes re: the LifeVac! We've had one too for a couple of years. Have never had to use it thankfully but just like you, choking is a huge fear for me with our kids!
Omg! My first purchase was in 2003. I bought books for the Paramedic exam.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Loved your podcast. Keep them going. Makes me laugh!❤
Fun to look back.... My first was season one of "the office" on DVD 😆

Most recent.. Replacement battery for my hp elite
I played along, my first purchase was in 2002 and was a Linksys network router 😊
My first purchase way back in ‘06 was…textbooks. Most recent purchase: reusable silicone Sandwich bags and microwave splash cover.
We live half a mile from a Target and a Meijer, so it only takes 20 minutes to get what we need and be back home, or it adds like 5 minutes if we are already out and about. I can't imagine doing 200+ purchases from amazon in a year. We've done 10 in the 11 months of 2023 so far.
We don’t drink alcohol , the mocktails you talk about sound delicious. Is there a location where I could find the cocktail recipes? One spot all together??
My first purchase in Amazon was on 2008, canon powershot camera.
I just got a satin pillow not long ago. Yes it’s good for your hair..and yes it’s slippery lol
Rachael, all biographies are good for learning about people's lifestyles and behavior ❤
Yes 🙌 George everybody needs a squatty potty!!!! We’ve had forever now. 👍 😉 💩
The Steve Jobs biography is a great read.
I’m 20 and my first was a iPhone 6 Plus case in 2018
My first order was black leather gloves for my scream ghost face costume back in 2012. Car parts is about all this year.
This was funny!
HAHAHA!!! My first ever Amazon purchase was in 2007 and it was Dave Ramsey’s Deluxe Executive Envelope System!
17:05 Send Rachel the commercial for the Squatty Potty, it's hilarious!
First purchase was wine themed candle party favors for my sister’s wedding shower that actually never happened in 2012. Then my latest was was 3t undies for my daughter as we’re working on potty training.
My first Amazon purchase was a case for a kindle fire I got as a gift
Yes me too on silk pillowcase
My first purchase was a dryer heating element and belt cause the dryer went out and I justified getting Amazon prime because I needed it like now lol and my last purchase was marble run! Haha this is kinda fun
I bought a LifeVac before starting solids with my kid at 6mo. I don't have a fear around gagging or choking but omg so many moms do. I had no idea lol. But I got one for peace of mind anyway lol
I bought the vac too Rachel! I keep it in my diaper bag.
Yesss.......lifevac! Have had this for 4 years under my kitchen sink!!!
I feared choking but I gave my little tons of food. I’m also a certified first responder though so I have absolutely done the heimlich on my baby multiple times for frozen blueberries. He loved them so much. Had to start putting them in those teethers because I was concerned it might be scaring him to choke twice in one sitting. Didn’t stop him from shoving as many into his mouth as possible though.
Rachel, I have you beat by 4 days. We had opened gifts early because my Husband was working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. He got me my 1st Kindle, so I bought a cover/protector.
Please share the brand of pants/trousers, Rachel! I've recently lost 70 pounds, and went from a size 18/20 to... Not sure! So I don't want to spend a lot of $$ on pants.

That’s amazing! Well done!
My first purchase on Amazon was school textbooks in 2004.
First: August 2005 - Chemistry textbook for college. Most recent is a BCD inflator hose.

My first amazon purchase was in 2004 and it was a calendar.
Love your podcast My first order 2003 it was Danielle steel books and Nicholas sparks books and last was dog food and vitamins 😂
Hahaha yes that’s true It’s really help to do our business 😅 in the restroom
and now i have to look back on first purchase lol
George, you would truly enjoy the 1960 book by Vance Packard, “The Waste Makers.” I haven’t read your current book cut you might have used it in your research. It’s superb.
We need the trouser link!!
My first Amazon purchase was the shake weight in 2015. Followed by a batman and the flash tshirt 😅
I played telestrations a few days ago and haven’t laughed that hard in a long time 🤣🤣🤣
I want that hospital filters
Life Vac is a great idea. I want one. I heard about it on Mike Rowe's podcast
I teach every one of my renters to use the toilet auger. Have Yet to be called for a clog😅
Trust me the brezza formula maker is AMAZING and totally worth it! It makes a warm ready to drink bottle in 4 seconds!
My very first purchase on Amazon was Magic Knight Rayearth for Sega Saturn for $100 in 2010. Lol I felt so guilty making such a large purchase at the time 😆
25:20 Waiting is bad.... We used to play 3 or 4 games at a simultaneously (Chess / Risk / Stratego / Uno / etc...). Add that to scarfing pizza and drinking pop while talking and watching music videos made the turns go a lot faster.
George's doggie pet ramp 😂😂
My first purchase was in 2004, I bought 2 Hardy Boys books.
lol I got a toliet auger 😂😂😂because my downstairs toliet keeps clogging and i got tired of calling my landlord
I start local and if I can’t find it resort to Amazon. There is no such thing as next day delivery for us either.
I’m with George on the baby Breeze. It works wonders. It also has excellent resale value. Purchased for $200 and 1 year later got $100 for it.
My first purchase was in august 2014...shoes and I still have and use them!!! Haha
Speaking of making bottles of formula. My life hack was I would prep 4 bottles before bedtime so when I had to get up all I’d have to do is add water and shake. Eliminates just the one step of scooping but in the middle of the night that felt life saving lol
My first purchase was a cookbook in 2018 followed by a sushi bazooka lol 😂😂😅
My first purchase was 2009 when I bought textbooks.
my first order on the current account was July 2011 and it was a side mirror for my car, lol
First purchase: Multithreaded Programming with Win32 by Thuan Q. Pham. (in 2010) Most recent purchase: MG Chemicals 4900P SAC305 Solder Paste No subscribe and saves Purchase you hoped your spouse won't notice: none Yeah, checks out.
