Canada has July 1st George... lol
Yeah. I prefer to pay a little. The big problem for me is that they changed the w4 since I was hired at my current company. If I update mine. I'll use the new form... and they'll take even more out of my check with a bigger refund. 🤢🤮 So instead I'm ok with some capital gains tax or other taxes. That eat up that difference. It's not ideal. But I can't get them lower.
I got a bed, but that was when i was doing doordash and getting my milage deducted from what i owed, as well as estimated taxes. I was so proud of myself because i got a queen mattress and adjustable frame for less than their buy a mattress get a free adjustable frame, they tried to trick me with that, the mattresses that were on the coupon cost more than paying for a cheaper mattress and frame. I didn't want to pay more than how much i got refunded so i did pretty good.
I woke up to the tragic drawbacks of our debt-based financial system during the last financial crash. Through discipline, determination and Abby Joseph Cohen my financial advisor, I was able to retire recently in my early '50s with a bit of land in the Williamson act on the California coast and an investment portfolio that can sustain my daily living. I try to spread the word and encourage many people I meet it is possible to achieve the goal of independence. Living below your means can be enormously rewarding! Practice humility and above all, Invest in the financial markets with expert guidance.
I know this FA, Abby Joseph Cohen Services but only by her reputation of being a former employee at Goldman Sachs; even though she's now involved in managing portfolios and providing investmnt guidance to clients. I have been trying to get in contact since I watched her interview on WSJ last month
I'm headed to Thailand or the Philippines in 4 years. What country you moving too?
@@RAKelBerquist Well her name is 'ABBY JOSEPH COHEN SERVICES'. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
This is hilarious 😂
That is a scam. If he used a stolen credit card, it gets associated with your membership. Costco can term your membership and prosecute you.

"we're probably not gonna do a bill" - Priceless!!
If you have Apple, but not Android 😕
“Wild Angels” was another big Martina McBride back in my high school days.
I think Canada day is actually July 1st
An older guy maybe 40 or 50!
I don’t agree with a some of what this channel talks about but it’s literally impossible for eating at home to be more than eating out unless you’re wasting things. Common sense and math have gone out the window.
Rachel has me dying! 🤣🤣🤣 We probably ain’t gonna do a bill! This is the ultimate cheapstske move. Just don’t go! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 “Hey guys…” she say! 🤣🤣
Also tipping from the drive thru. I drove thru. You handed me something I am paying for. No tip.
I know I am old, but the song “Let Freedom Ring” by the Gaither Vocal Band with the spectacular tenor David Phelps, gets me.
Vote Joe Biden if you don't want economic collapse
The best line for a person that asks you to co-sign for a loan is I don’t believe in debt and I don’t want to put you in a bad situation by co-signing for a loan that way you get to say no for the best interest of the person trying to borrow money.
wtf - LOL Canada has Boxing Day!! Dec 26th is Boxing Day... How about Canada Day George. That drink sounds amazing though. Unlike last week sour milk.
Mexico's independence day is September 16th, not 5 de Mayo. Cinco de Mayo honors the 1862 Battle of Puebla.
Experiences over stuff: Just paid cash for a 17 day vacation in a Europe for my family of three. Amsterdam, Paris, London and Belgium. Delta paid for my tickets (company travel points). Everything else was cash saved and much bargain hunting. Didn’t have to scrimp on meals or destination sights. Came back $3k under budget with that cash still in the savings account. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. Daughter is 16 and we don’t have that much easy time with her before we’re broke paying for college 😅 Don’t EVER rent a car in Europe (we didn’t). Public transportation is easy and cheap. Parking will kill you (one hotel was $40/night).
Great video. *I was a process control engineer (just retired 2/21/24) I would always stress test my projects just to make sure it would work under all conditions.* Also depending on the government. *But I found away of earning more income despite my Retirement. $67k weekly returns has been life changing, after so much struggles.*
wow this awesome 👏 I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how do I make such weekly??
@@babytruca02Maria Angelina Alexander I really appreciate her efforts and transparency.
I remember giving her my first savings $20000 and she opened a brokerage account for me it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.
My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $200K can retire broke & someone making $80K can retire a millionaire. With the current market movement.
You're correct!! I make a lot of money without relying on the government. Investing in stocks and digital currencies is beneficial at this moment.
24:18 at Québec Canada we have school taxes that we pay when we hava à house and thats is on top of property tax
I once owed 8k and put my withholding right back to where it was because getting 5k back fun, owing 8k you dont have in that exact second available is kind of a nightmare. Its really difficult to get that withholding right on the money.
Understandable. I go lower at the start of the year and adjust midyear if need be. By mid year I know what my projected agi is at years end and subsequently what my marginal tax rate will be. Got it set up in a spread sheet.
I love Rachel
Mel Gibson's movie is about the southern campaign. Northern campaigns were Brandywine, PA, Lexington and Concord, MA CHALLENGE - Can you name a southern battle?
Property taxes pay for snow removal and pot holes, too
Love you guys! But you made us Canadian folk cringe big about the boxing day thing! 😂😂
Rachel's laughter is contagious. I love it!
Um..I won’t be doing a comment . Just a ❤!
Rachel: “Suck it Up !!” My Wife: “That’s me !!” Lol😂
Canada has Canada Day on July 1st, George.
Just found in a group chat that a college friend of mine just became a billionaire. He was a software engineer but he quit and started a business 10 years ago. And I am still a software engineer living paycheck to paycheck and I still have a mortgage to pay. Can't help but feel a bit disappointed in myself.😅
I've dreamt of joining a start up and even moved to silicon valley. Somehow I just ended up in a meh career.
My parents raised 4 children AND supported their parents financially. Dad worked for the same company for 30 years while Mom stayed at home. We had a new 5-bedroom house in the suburbs with a big yard, two cars, went on vacation every summer and a paid-for college education. I have no clue how they managed to pull that off!
Boxing Day 😂 it’s celebrated in countries all across the world, but not in the USA
I support paying taxes for public services such as roads, bridges, parks, libraries, police, fire departments, etc…but I draw the line at public schools. I owned a house for 20 years and discovered 65% of our property tax went to the school district. I don’t have children and, at age 63, will never have any. And some of my neighbors home-school their kids. Why should we pay for a service we will surely never use (and have no say so as to what they do) when that money could be used to pay off our mortgage?
My parents chose private school education, but there were things the district still did for me as a disabled person. Are you sure you are getting absolutely NO benefit from the school taxes.... Besides we don't want the next generation of doctors lawyers engineers and so on being a bunch of morons, oh wait that ship might have sailed
I’m a boomer (66) and I love this show! Somehow found y’all a few months ago. I do know what influencers are…
I agree with Rachel about property tax. As long as you own it you have no option to pay or it will turn into debt. It could be bare land that no one lives on, but it's still due. I feel it produces the same slave mentality as debt. It's different than income tax, utilities and other bills. You do have the option to cancel it or if you don't earn income there isn't a tax due for just being alive.
There is a video explaining the National Anthem (how it came to be, why).. a better video is YourNewZealandFamily reacting to that video. You should watch. very interesting
Taxation without representation comes from the colony wanting to tax all church goers but money only benefited the Congregational churches. Forced the baptists south, google Noah Alden and Roger Williams.
I'm now avoiding new purchases to avoid slipping into a bear trap. However, I'd like to know where the best investment opportunities are during a downturn. My goal is to retire comfortably on around $1.2 million.
Wishing you luck! The key to a happy retirement is to live the life you choose, if you have a certain amount in mind for your retirement, it is only appropriate to work with a knowledgeable advisor to make plans.
I concur that guidance should not be disregarded but rather followed. I remember a few summers ago, not long after my horrible divorce, I was in dire need of advise on investments to keep my head above water. Fortunately, I met someone with grit who greatly assisted me in growing my reserve, which despite inflation has increased from $360k to about seven figures now.
nice gains there! Please share your advisor's info with me. Due to my increased income from work, I'm thinking about investing in stocks and other assets that will enable me to gradually build wealth.
Leah Foster Alderman is the licensed expert I use. Just look up the name.
You would discover the necessary information to deal with a correspondence to schedule an appointment.
What if the wife blows every penny that enters her hand? What if she is running the family into debt? What if counseling failed? Still against an allowance for the wife? Actually, they're getting a divorce now. Be careful what u criticize and make fun of...
Umm, I don't think the issue in that situation is a lack of an allowance
George! Miss your previous beautiful hairstyle. Get back to it! You don't have to look like anyone but your handsome self.
I'm with Rachel, I'll introduce myself after a few meetings. What's wrong with that? If they haven't said my name yet I think it's courteous to offer it jic they need it. If they don't need it, I harm done.
My fav karaoke song!
You 2 make me laugh, I love watching you 2 together. Have a wonderful 4th. Now I have a question how do I get all my money out of my Robinhood Roth IRA and put it into a different place like my bank Roth IRA?
Taxation is theft
Yes it is. More choices if you have the healthy mentality. Will expedite everything faster
Canada day was 3 days ago (July 1). Boxing day is a shopping day on Dec 26 which used to have good sales, now it just sucks.
Everyone is laughing with u at The Mexican Restaurant, Rachel.. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤
