Acne is such a tricky thing to tackle! 😭 I never understood this until I had my daughter and developed hormonal acne. I tried everything until I gave up and decided to see a dermatologist. I was prescribed tretinoin 0.025 as well. I've been using it for two months along with taking zinc and vitamin a and so far it's helped a bunch! I'm sure your skin will clear up again in no time 🙂. Besides, acne or not you're still stunning! Much love from the United States!❤️

At this point, just take accutane and get it over with. I also struggled for a year and put it off, tried everything skincare. Finally I got on accutane and my skin is now completely clear. I now use tretinoin for anti aging purposes. I should have started sooner with Accutane, could have saved me a lot of stress, scarring and hyperpigmentation

Are you by chance also taking higher dose vitamin D? That made me break out. I can and do take 800 IE daily but the high dose substitution made me break out. Likely because high dose vitamin D can have a testosterone like effect.

Yeah, I’m taking 5000 daily and before I was taking 10000 daily. But I was taking it all the time, even when my skin was good 🤔 I have to start tracking it, thank you

@irinareina you can alternate nights. Use tret on night then azelaic acid the next night, or use azaleic one night a week and start to increase. I'm not a doctor though so if your not comfortable I get it
