Not really... These points are silent points that seasoned professionals know especially those in rating agencies.... This was discussed way back in 2017 but no one took it seriously

the solution to this problem in system would be as follows in my opinion.......... 1. first auditors should held responsible as they have not performed their duties ethically 2. second the independent directors and rating agencies should punished for this 3. and last Chairman of the company should held accountable for all fraudulent activities no mercy / sympathy to be expressed for auditors and directors..... then i think system will improve rightly

Mr sandeep your solutions are similar to a beating a naughty child gets from the teacher....mr bhargava called it a scam hence it means that practises of companies have to change. Independent directors, rating agencies and auditor's are responsible to the stakeholders...

Am a subscriber & have also downloaded the app. Now to the point of this discussion, while I can understand the convenient 'tax haven' that the city of London has become for despots & the autocrats, I still cannot understand how a Nadeem could survive there after clearly murdering a celebrity in India with all proof established against him? There is something more to that. He clearly didn't have the money some of the others you spoke about. Perhaps it was a period when India didnt matter to anyone but still sheltering a murderer without much money on him didnt make sense.

But why do you people come at the very late stage to do post-mortem after the horse has bolted?It only make us despair.Probably without knowing anything I would be still nourishing positive opinion of ILFS of which I learnt way back in 1985.Many Engineers left our Company and joined ILFS on fabulous salaries saying that ILFS was moving on a number of power projects faster than BHEL was doing that time.We in BHEL were jealous of ILFS some of whom said their culture was far different from BHEL’s.Each project Co-ordinator was allowed financial freedom but given his periodic targets financial and physical.After 40 years I retired comfortably though financially less successful .Doesn’t matter now looking back.
