It is extremely tough for non Hindi people from C category states to become PM of India. 40% of the Hindi speaking population determine who becomes the PM. This is the reason why in the last more than 77 years, there are hardly any PM from outside the Hindi belt if one discounts the Gujaratis and Punjabis who are almost considered Hindi speakers.

Hence the original population is gradually being uprooted in a planned manner. Political leaders of Bengal are yet to realize the implications of this ethnic cleansing. Mamata is required in West Bengal.
