This is a difficult one like "Why should we hire you?". Most answers can be easily countered by interviewers and be prepared to follow up with another statement when they chase with "Other candidates have similar profiles, they could potentially do what you could. What made you so sure about yourself?".

In American come interview like this is very normal when hear unique for me but is different from m'sia, do you know how many American graduate from U like Kent collage how they create way ask people hire them so can found job.
