1 - Gezmek (Touring / Traveling / Strolling / Roaming / etc.): Note that this verb has many different meanings depending on the context. It can be considered a “wildcard” for any activity that involves moving around, that’s why you can see a wide variety of translations for it throughout the video.
2 - Afiyet Olsun (Enjoy your meal / Lit. “May it be appetizing”): In Turkish, we can use this term before, during or after someone has eaten their meal. The instance in the video is an example of it being said after.

i'm korean, and I was so surprised when she spoke korean xDDD
The lady at 1:23 spoke so fast I had to pause and prepare myself to process what she was saying before going back to resume the video 😂

Keşke benim de vaktım olsaydı Istanbulu gezmeye. Burda Amerikada günde 24 saat çalışıyorum gibi. Sabah kalkıp üniversiteye gidiyorum sonra akşama kadar ders okuyorum. Öğrenci hayatı işte.

Is Merhaba and Merhabalar interchangeable when speaking to more than one person?

Yes, it doesn't matter but you can prefer Merhabalar if you have speak to the audience or someone to show respect.
