    Another easily available pre and probiotics is saurkraut its just cabbage and salt fermentated easy to make and cheap too ... Google the recipe very easy to make and gives great benefits and diversity in the Microbiome.... The name is "sauerkraut "

    I am 66 years old. Male reside in madurai. I was given GlaxoSmithKline milk when infant.i was vomiting till 7 years. Milnof one oarticular cow of the neghbour only suited me. Paruppu rasam was introduced and it is my favourite favourite food. I worked in Mumbai and also in Fiji. Even now I d not take curd buttermilk. The smell of curd is not tolerable. Curd is an exception with onion Pachadi which I take occasionally. Any prebiotic tab or capsule uou suggest me as supplement. I take medicine fir diabetes insipid and benign prostrate

    Sir ,in your green smoothie video you didn't mention about oxalic acid present in the spinach and also for some by eating raw spinach regularly can cause kidney stone , still is it safe to eat daily raw spinach in the form of smoothie you mentioned or can we eat it in the other ways like blanching, sauteing by without losing any nutrients , also many resourses claim that we will absorb more calcium and iron if you eat it cooked, so please make a clarification regarding this by making a separate video sir .
