Doing some maintenance on my 2018 seadoo rxtx. Doing an oil change, coolant drain and fill and installing a riva racing scom module.

    Thats a nice machine , This 300 is fast enough for me for now. I just dont trust other people to work on my stuff.

    There are actually several oils that are better than the XPS that you are using. The friction clutches in your supercharger are similar to the wet clutch of a motorcycle. The oil simply needs to be certified by JASO as MA or MA2. That will include almost every motorcycle oil in addition to Amsoil Marine and Shell Rotella T6. The reason that many oils are better than XPS is BRP uses the latest API certification. Unfortunately, these later API ratings have greatly decreased the wear protection additive packages of zinc and phosphorus due to emissions and catalytic converter issues. Your ski will actually benefit by using oils with older ratings. You just need to make sure that you never use an oil with moly in it. Those oils are usually automobile oils labeled as "energy conserving" or "fuel saving" in the API starburst. In regards to the overpriced BRP coolant, you can use any OAT coolant. The simple choice is Peak North American Orange. It is basically DexCool without the 2-EHA which can soften plastic and silicone. Hope this info helps you.
