Your diet is on point bro! It is super important as you said and is very hard to keep disciplined to it. I am an amateur bodybuilder so my diet is a lot different but my son is an athlete so I appreciate you posting videos like this. Stay blessed and hook em!

Tell your son stay consistent and work and he can achieve anything ever ever possible I’m becoming proof of it and I’m keeping it with me

Mix in some black pepper w the turmeric in a 1to4 ratio. 1part pepper to 4 Parts turmeric. Increases the bodies absorption of the circumin in the turmeric like 2000%.

It’s probably because he might be lactose intolerant and things like cheese and yogurt are easier to digest than just straight milk.

I'm sure that powder was a sponsor for your video but if not just add actual thumb of fresh turmeric to you juice instead of that powder.
Also, stop juicing. Make smoothies instead. You get so much more out of a smoothie cause you’re consuming the whole fruit which is what you need !
