If there's one thing I wish Stan would do is to be less fidgety in his play - the more he fidgets, the more clouded his judgement seems to become. He's young so there's every chance his play will improve on his already undoubted talent. Was great to hear Dom's praise for the lad as it's something that makes snooker so special.

I think Moody's quite a quick player that likes to get on with it from what I've saw of him m8, he could of bn feeling a bit there in such a huge decider 4 him 2 qualify 4 one of the big 3events! Maybe I've not seen enough of him tbf but what I have seen I've bn impressed, hope he keeps up the progress, he seems very mature at the table even though he looks about 12!! 😂👍

Literally just lack of knowledge of how plants throw when 2 objectballs are tight or near tight. Had he had that knowledge (which im curious why he doesnt, hes got most shots in the book already) then he wouldve played a good safety there, and possibly win the match from the next 1 or 2 visits. Hes the best of the new lads coming through, so he just needs to keep at it. Then this silly plant attempt will be something he doesnt do again. future top 16 player without a doubt.

He lost the game on the plant at 6 minutes. The balls appeared to be touching and more or less directly lined up to the pocket. He would have needed to hit the first ball as if he was going to pot it but he hit it fairly straight so the second ball squeezed away from the pocket and didn't really even hit the jaw. That's fairly basic.

I agree with u there m8 he defo lost the match goin 4 that plant but those 2 reds weren't touching so it wasn't a guarantee that's why he had about 3 looks at the 2 reds, if it was a gimme all he had 2 worry about was the path of the cueball.

With the red on Stan was 47 behind Dale. After the red if Stan had opted to snooker Dominic behind the black he would've only stood to benefit 4 points and since there is no miss rule when on the colours would've left him 42 behind with 27 on, with the black potted leaves him 39 behind with 27 on. Made more sense to pot the black.

I wasn't aware of him possibly having the 'yips' but that could be down to really feeling it & tightening up a bit, maybe seeing the winning line prematurely but I've got a feeling that Moody will come good & it'll b a case of when not if! 👍
