@@NtonkaR it means it's a tricky situation, for example the government failed to run the country for 42 years so I really don't think they will be able to do it now, I'm sure most of these guys are on a payroll to market Zimbabwe as if it's a good country and everything is OK, the government always does that when it's almost time for elections, and because most Zimbabweans are easily brainwashed they believe all the nonsense and they praise their country forgetting that they are living in hell, they don't have freedom of speech, they earn peanuts no matter how educated they are, but let me also say that it's only a few people that can afford to live in those areas, not even a doctor can afford, it's only those who are working in other countries and those that are benefiting from the corrupt government

@elvismodisendlovu874 so is it not the case that the Zimbabwean citizenry is culpable in the failure over 42 years as you put it? Could it be that Zimbabweans chose to flee instead of fighting for their motherland? I think you ought to be militant and unapologetic if it is your objective to put your country on a better trajectory and you must be prepared to lay down your life in pursuit of your convictions. I think most Zimbabweans chose the easy way out and fled. Unfortunately fleeing does not solve anything. No government can be more powerful than a united nation seeking change.

I am an African American living in Africa let me tell you the biggest mistake our people make and that is moving to Africa on savings. Its important to have savings as a back up but DO NOT move to africa without income coming in from USA or other countries. Just think of it as reparations.. lol.. Find any remote job , Tech Support, Customer Service as regular jobs or professional 100% remote based jobs that dont care where you live. If you have a steady income coming in. OMG. your life will be really good. Although there are problems and things you have to adjust too, I can honestly say there is NO PLACE better to be black and upper middle class than Africa. and you will experience peace for the first time. You dont have to worry about violence, fighting, always looking over your shoulder. Most compounds come with security so its weird when I go back to USA and dont have security guards guarding my house..lol. My child even said where is security? LOL.. I told him we dont have securities, nannies, housekeepers or cooks in USA.. on in Africa.. ROFL

Is this property in their capital city and central business district??? There are estates in Lagos that are well planned with greenery like Nicon estate, Lakowe golf, cowrie creek, VGC, Crown estate, Emperor estate, Royal gardens, Mayfair estate, and others. Remember Lagos is the smallest state in land mass. There are houses like this in the villages and some GRA across the country, that you dont have access to them doesnt mean they dont exist. The Golf Estate in Port Harcourt by the Gambia developer is a good one too, over 1000 houses with greenery. In Abuja, i cannot even begin to count because they incorporate greenery and they have land mass. So before we jump into conclusions do your homework.

Beautiful work Steven and team! As an African, I'm still leaning more towards farm/village living than these gated estates because of the vast amount of land we have as well as our needs to farm a lot more to address food security. Which maybe means we need to create that market, of upgrading farm living beyond being peasant to a bit of luxury...Just a thought. Taking nothing away from this though....absolutely brilliant houses and an excellent video!
