A test of the Emergency Broadcast System from WEWS-TV, the ABC affiliate of Cleveland, Ohio. This aired on February 1st, 1987 during an episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show”.
For some reason, it takes like ten seconds before the attention signal starts sounding here. Don’t know if they weren’t paying attention or if their decoder was having trouble that day, but it’s rather strange to see.

This was probably one of the first EBS Tests to feature WEWS's 1986 graphics produced by TVbD, but at the time, they were still using their short-lived 1985 graphics during newscasts until several weeks later.

Interesting to hear about that.
If this had been an actual emergency, the Attention Signal you almost didn't hear would have been followed by official information, news, or instructions.

They were very late in deploying the attention tone here.
I think I remember this from when I was a kid.

Do you happen to own any recorded broadcasts of Wiggles contents from Channel 7 and ABC Kids AU and The Wiggles TV Special from Disney Channel? If so, what are they and can you please send these episodes to me and uploaded on Internet Archive public? If you going to keep it and Why?
