Inflammation is your enemy. Reduce consumption of processed foods and refined sugar and grains as much as possible. Avoid vegetable oil blends and use olive oil or natural fats like tallow.

Low FODMAP might be good for you to follow. I suffer from IBS, and that’s been my saving grace. Or you can do a Mediterranean diet. It can get old kind of fast, though, because it’s really sour heavy (lemon, feta, vinegar, etc). Also, Asian cuisines can be good for you because they have a lot of gluten-free substitutions and don’t use a lot of dairy, if any, in their food. Heal up well, man! ✌🏽
