Prayers for you my dear, Your videos helped so many new things to make when I could eat again! I am in cancer recovery about a year out and I am still dealing with side effects but it's all good every day is a little better. Cancer Sucks! I pray that you feel better soon and this is only a blip in your memory! Going forward I hope your days are filled with better things going forward. God Bless! I love your cat Mr. Gus! My girls' 2 rescue kitties- Iris and Atrimes do the same thing.

I had hernia surgery last year and recovery was not great for me. My wife took me to the ER that night for pain. I don't think it should be out patient surgery. Prayers for quick healing!

I keep a big jar of curdito soaking in vinegar, ACV and spices. Add a Tsp of the liquid pretty much in everything right at the end. Takes flavor thru stratosphere.

I've worked in kitchens for 30 years and can honestly say that no health board inspector ever came close to as thorough of an inspection as my ginger cat would on the daily 😂 Man, I miss my Fish... You’re driving me crazy with that food. Gus is beautiful by the way. I’ve had the same hernia surgery twice (on both sides) in the past 4 years. Generally takes about 2-3 weeks to start seeing real recovery. The more you can move around (light walking) and hydrate the better the recovery will be.

I had hernia surgery almost 2 years ago. It took a while to feel good. Give yourself time to heal. No vacuuming for at least a few weeks.
