That out had nothing to do with Richards, he celebrated, the umpire should have said not out, and Richards would have stopped the celebration. How could that be cheating on his part?

Rob Bailey wasn't out and Viv Richards then intimidated the umpire into giving a decision in the WIndies favour. Christopher Martin-Jenkins called that 'cheating'. I don't think that is too strong a word.

Bailey wasnt out. I must say that no player can force an umpire into making a decision to its either its out or not out in the opinion of the umpire. The final call is with him.
