If you have canned tuna, make this easy and delicious dish!
Canned tuna with vegetables wrapped in thin pancakes - it's indescribably delicious! I'm willing to eat this dish three times a week with canned tuna. Please note that you can leave the prepared dish in the refrigerator and only fry the portion that you will eat. I wish you a good mood and bon appetite! 👨🍳
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
Canned tuna
Onion
Garlic
zucchini
Sweet peppers
2 medium tomatoes
Salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon olive oil
Take canned tuna in its own juice
Drain the liquid and place in a frying pan
Add finely chopped vegetables and spices to the tuna and fry for 5 minutes.
Prepare thin pancakes.
2 eggs.
Salt.
1 glass of milk.
2 glasses of water.
2 cups flour.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Grease with vegetable oil for frying.
Cheese.
Wrap the filling in pancakes and add cheese.
Fry the portion you want to eat. 😋

Stunning! This is a healthy recipe. I hope it works with a combination of whole wheat flour and almond flour for the crepes. I'm going to experiment with that combination until they come out as light and airy looking as yours do. The almond flour will add protein to the dish and I need all the protein I can get. Oh! But I have to use captioning because English is the only language I know so when I read the captioning at the bottom of the screen I see you are saying glass, as in glass of water. What you pour looks like a lot more than just 1 cup so I'm asking if you mean more than just a cup when you say a glass of something. Thank you
