@@TravReviewsAThing He averages under 30 minutes a game and his offense sucks, especially for a guy that big who no one should have any chance of defending properly. In the playoffs guys have to play 40+ minutes every game, can he even handle something like that? Guys like Giannis have great defense but obviously not on the level of Wemby while also playing a lot of minutes and being an actual great offensive player and they still lose a lot even with such performances.

The most significant moment in this compilation for me comes at 0:55. The one thing that can derail Wemby's path to basketball greatness is an injury. I have seen many injuries on the basketball court and 0:55 sets up a typical sequence where knee injuries occur. A player receives the ball with his back turned and gets blind-sighted by a player who appears out of his field of vision. He then makes a sudden movement to evade the defender with his body going in two different directions, momentum takes him in one direction, the counter-movement in the opposite and there goes the ACL. The way Wemby stays in control and pivots away from the defender, never entangling his legs shows a level of body control that defies his height and frame and might be a good indicator of his ability to stay healthy on the court. Just marvelous.

Wemby 68 games : 30g with +20ppg. 10g with +30ppg Half are his game are +20 ppg and do not forget with fatigue-injury, minutes restrictions, lot of assists and blocks He definitely have 20ppg as a standard game next season

@@Gol.DM06lol you didn’t see the games vs the Pels, the Knicks and this one. It’s because of Wemby’s passing abilities that Nico Batum told the sixers to stop double guarding him in the OT. Then Nico took care of Wemby alone, a la Joker: he played physical, tough, hard vs Wemby, that’s how the sixers have won in the OT. Wemby only needs to bulk up a tiny bit to endure physical defenders in OTs, that’s how he looses the ball: because of physical impact on him, the only guys who can do that are europeans and Embiid. Rudy, Nikola, Sabonis, Batum are the only ones that do not need a double guarding on Wemby, they can do the job alone.

Usual embarrassing highlights that promote ignorance. Is it that difficult hiring someone that has a decent basketball understanding and is able to show why a player is good instead of showing only the Harlem globetrotters actions?? This video shows only the 5% of why Wemby is a great player. You must be ashamed.
